About the author

My books do not always fit into established genres - most of them have elements of sci-fi, mystery, crime, action, and especially - romance. I will warn that my idea of 'romance' is not typical, but more along the lines of strong women and men making sacrifices for them.

While my books are not a series in any sense of the word, many are connected through characters and events. I will also say I strive for realism and logic. My books are never fantasy, but rooted in what is actually possible,

I invite you along for the ride and hope it will be memorable.

Having served in the military myself, it was a completely believable plot line that the government would have a secret mission. The fact that the secret mission was more sci-fi than reality would hopefully make this book a little more interesting. Unfortunately, for myself, that fell a little flat. It felt that more detail was thrown into describing statistics about certain events or locations in real world situations that it took away from the actual story. It felt more like that information was placed in there for the specific purpose of gaining a certain word content.
I would have much rather this book been shorter if it meant that the statistical information that I felt didn't really add to the storyline was removed.
I was a bit disappointed in the ending as well. This book could've been added to if there was a bit more explanation towards the end. Instead you are left to assume. Assuming in a storyline for me means there is another book in the series. If there is, great, maybe the ending will be explained a bit more. But, if my assumptions are correct, and I will keep those assumptions to myself to avoid any spoiler alerts, it leaves a lot to be desired.
