This book is incredible. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it’s so full of heart that it had me crying one minute, laughing the next, and pausing often just to sit with what I’d read.

What I love most is how she’s taken her own experiences and turned them into a framework that feels so real and relatable. She doesn’t just tell you how to “hit reset” on your life — she shows you through her own journey, with all the messy, human parts still there. It made me reflect on my own life in big ways.

It’s the kind of book you finish and immediately want to share with someone you care about, because you know it has the power to change their perspective, too.
