This is porn, but well-crafted porn, with a submissive protagonist who is still able to establish boundaries and experience pleasure in service to others. Artful language, descriptions, dialogue and character portrayals, along with plenty of sex.

Had high hopes that this book would be great and was disappointingly let down...really let down. I think almost every page consists of someone calling Naomi "whore." Not at all sexy or hot or probably even realistic. I had to force myself to finish this book, hoping it would get better. And where on earth did Connie come from?????

Really and honestly, good for you if this book tickles your fancy. But for me, this was nothing more than a wet dream.

Lots of intense sex, esp BDSM and mistress/slave play, and the author puts you into the mind of the title character to give you an idea of what being a submissive is like.

I'd like it better if the story was a little more sophisticated, like there was a villain or something, but this was both entertaining and insightful, so I was able to enjoy it on some levels.
