had to read this for my interpersonal communications class but i have to say it was surprisingly helpful. it was easy to comprehend and i learned a lot. cant rate it too high bc it was still a requirement

This textbook was recommended by a wonderful teacher. The book is much easier for classrooms to conqueror without leaving chapters out of the curriculum. It goes over laissez faire very well.
