Darren Coleman was quite content with his life until he met the mysterious Nia. From her wishy washy attitude to her gruff disposition it is apparent that she is going to be a handful...but under that tough exterior is a woman longing to be loved and appreciated in a way that her man at home doesn't do.
Jade Jones discovered her passion for creative writing in elementary school. Born in 1989, she began writing short stories and poetry as an outlet. Later on, as a teen, she led a troubled life which later resulted in her becoming a ward of the court. Jade fell in love with the art and used storytelling as a means of venting during her tumultuous times.
Aging out of the system two years later, she was thrust into the dismal world of homelessness. Desperate, and with limited income, Jade began dancing full time at the tender age of eighteen. It wasn't until Fall of 2008 when she finally caught her break after being accepted into Cleveland State University. There, Jade lived on campus and majored in Film and Television. Now, six years later, she flourishes from her childhood dream of becoming a bestselling author. Since then she has written the best-selling "Cameron" series.
Quite suitably, she uses her life's experiences to create captivating characters and story lines. Jade currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. With no children, she spends her leisure shopping and traveling. She says that seeing new faces, meeting new people, and experiencing diverse cultures fuels her creativity. The stories are generated in her heart, the craft is practiced in her mind, and she expresses her passion through ink.

"Stuck in a Love Triangle" by Jade Jones
My Thoughts...
An interesting quick well written read that had quite a abrupt ending especially for Kelly, Jason and even Rome. With all the drama that is so present in this read I had hoped for something less than heartbreaking but oh well, all stories do not have HEA as it was in this love triangle.
This is a really enjoyable short story. As soon as Rome and Jason meet Kelly, you could just feel that the relationship between the three would result in some real drama... This book definitely brings the drama but it's not that so-over-top to be believable kind of read. It's one of those stories that has you expecting the worst but hoping for the best... It definitely had me rooting for the forbidden couple...I can't say that the ending was a complete surprise but it was heartbreaking all the same...
This was a great erotic read that instantly caught my attention and wouldn't let go. Jade does a great job weaving the character's lives and reasons for doing what they did. And that led up to an ending you wouldn't see coming!! The only thing I wanted was for it to be a little longer. Aside from that it was a great read!
I really enjoyed reading this story. As I was reading i asked myself, what would I have done if I was in Kelly's situation. I was shocked at the way it ended. Apart of me hoped things would work out for the best. I hoped kelly would open her eyes.... Great book!
This book was short, but entertaining! I couldn't believe how it ended and noooo I wont give a spoiler alert, but I will say I wished it would have ended with a happy ending with Rome and the WIFE Lol !
Good story!! I was hoping for the best for Rome and Kelly because he really loved her. The ending just had me speechless. I had to re read it because it was so shocking!
Normally I give Jade all 5's on her books but this one made me a little mad because soon as it got good, it ended and left you hanging. Don't get me wrong it was good and I loved where the story was going but I wanted more.
Man! Why did it have to end like that? I'm not going to say that Kelly and Rome's affair was justifiable, but I can understand how two people starving for love could find themselves in a situation much like this one. I feel like Jason was wrong for pushing Rome to the side 5 years ago, when he knew how Rome felt about Kelly. He pushed Rome at the way, and ended up with a wife that he knew he didn't deserve or appreciate. I think the last man standing was the best man for Kelly. I just hate that she didn't get a chance to following her heart, so that she could live happily ever after. This is the third book I've read by Jade Jones and I am loving her short stories. She has yet to disappoint.
No Good Spouses is the perfect short story anthology, with the right touch of erotica. Each short dives in and drives home it's focal point: SEX. Mrs. Jones skillfully showcases these unfaithful mates' insatiable desires while weaving and ultimately intersecting each of the couples' lives. I give this quick-read 5** because I couldn't put it down once I started. Most definitely a must-read.
...It could be a very great novel. Jade, Hershey, whoever, did a good job with the description of the sex scenes. I felt like a fly on the wall as I read the steamy short stories but I do wish they were a little longer. The ending was hilarious to me but I wish it could've seen what happened later. Maybe Jade (Hershey) would think about turning this into a novel and really going there with it.
Yes you me and he was a good read. He gave insight to a life of a woman looking for love but end up getting in from a wrong place. Mentally drained she finds her self loving someone that was a little too close for comfort. With just memories left of a lover and a friend there or all sorts of regrets. Loved this story. 5 stars
I liked the way that the author tied the characters in together BUT the sex scenes were lacking sizzle. The action was present it was just not exciting. When writing sex scenes in erotic books you have to make sure the action is believable and breathtaking. I didn't get that.
I actually enjoyed the story just not the way it ended. I would like to see a full length story that tells you what happened. I think Jason was a jerk from the beginning. And it just goes to show money ain't everything.
These two stories were okay, quick reads. I didn't enjoy them as much as I have other Jade Jones books. The title was fitting, but both stories were predictable.
