If my father taught me anything before he overdosed it’s that I’m unlovable, which is why commitment isn’t something I’ve ever been able to give.
After quitting my successful gig as the lead guitarist of a metal band, I’m back in Texas managing a recording studio. I shouldn’t be surprised to run into my best friend’s twin sister around town, but her sweet disposition and that little glint of rebellion in her pretty brown eyes are more enticing than I remember. And if the temptation to claim her isn’t enough, the troublemaking, dimpled musician from my touring days hits me up. Offering Beau a place to crash feels like the right thing to do, especially when he’s hiding something troubling…
Until Stasi and Beau both end up under my roof during a party. I’m well aware I should keep my hands to myself. I have a reputation as a heartbreaker, after all. But Beau’s up to his mischievous games and Stas is surprisingly more than willing to play...
One night of fun between the three of us couldn’t hurt. As long as they know what they’re signing up for.
Raise Me Up is a MMF best friend’s sister, friends-to-lovers, hurt/comfort, rockstar romance with plenty of spice, sweet dates, dances in the rain, healing, and a hard-earned HEA. It is an interconnected standalone with character appearances from Drag Me Down (Book 1 in the Atonement Series).
This is a beautiful love story! I've only read MM for a long time now, and this MMF book was a wonderful change of pace. I like that the main characters are in their thirties and have quite a bit of life experience under their belts. Not blank slates, each of the three had their own issues to deal with. To see how they find each other and accept each other with their rough edges is soothing and how they care for each other is touching ❤️. There is a deep connection. The Spice is incredibly hot and well written 🔥🌶️! I have a soft spot for the musician setting, which made the read even better for me 🎸🎶! I haven't read the first book in this series yet, but it immediately landed on my TBR, and I'm excited to see if there are more to follow! I can wholeheartedly recommend this story!
MMF Friends to lovers Emotional scars Hurt / Comfort Rockstar romance Hard earned HEA
Wow, this was incredible I ate this up
All 3 were literally perfect for eachother
They all had emotional scars and wounds and the 3 MC's healed eachother
“I have no wings. No halo. I’m stuck down here on the ground, looking up at you on a pedestal.”
I loved how there was no jealousy, and they were able to spend time without the other present.
Some throuple/ Poly books only want spice if all members are present, this was not like that and I loved it. They were confident and trusted each other
“Longing burrows through me. Do they know how perfect they are for each other? How she moves, and he shifts with her, almost like their souls are tied together? How she exhales, and he breathes in her air, starved of her essence? Does he know he’s in love with her? Does he even know what love is?”
I loved how they all cared for each other and took care of each other flawlessly all while learning to navigate a relationship with the 3 of 3
“Beau’s practically boneless, desperate to be reshaped in the likeness Liam desires most.”
I loved this 3 beautiful broken souls learning to love
“I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank you enough for being here. For choosing me.”
They were also so hot together. Shoot this was spicy but emotional and raw at times too
“Hey, Liam?” “Yeah, trouble?” “Thanks for chasing after me this time.”
A beautiful book. I loved this. I loved how they fought for each other. I adored the found family aspect too
“I lean in to kiss him. “I love you, Liam Beckner. Always have. Always will.”
This was fantastic. Beautiful, emotional, spicy read.
Raise Me Up is a steamy yet wholesome romance filled with compelling character growth and the most precious floppy-haired musician (I would die for Beau).
Glenn’s writing is evocative and intensely readable. Scenes were expertly set and the main characters’ fully realised personalities were woven seamlessly into the narrative. Having chapters from all three MCs was very effective in rounding out the central relationship and propelling the story forward.
I loved reading about this relationship and its shifting dynamics, and I’m obsessed with the central message of meeting people where they’re at. While there is no shortage of hard-earned character growth in this story, the vibes are very clearly ‘you don’t need to change who you are in order to be loved’. This story also strikes a perfect balance of undeniable spice and pure feet-kicking gooey tender wholesomeness.
Also! There was absolutely no need to make all the side characters so endearing (the way all Liam’s old bandmates greeted him at the pool party??? Adorable.).
Anyways, this is an immediate recommendation for anyone craving a grumpy-sunshine, chaotic bisexual, why-choose, yearning to the max, big hunky tattooed metal head with a heart of absolute mush, floppy haired golden retriever, sexy bombshell with two men wrapped around her finger, I’m running out of breath.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily
liam + stasi + beau 2nd book in Atonement series | MMF | best friend's sister | friends to lovers | hurt/comfort | rockstar | unrequited love | emotional scars | HEA This trio just did it for me. The way Liam and Beau healed their past was epic and reading how Liam FINALLY let himself love and be loved by his childhood best friend, Stas. Ugh. Every page, every chapter. It WORKED. There was plenty of spice, sweet dates even with begrudged Liam, trauma healing, and an HEA I didn't think was gonna happen but somehow Abigail got all the shit together between these three to make it work. The kicker was cameo from the boys of book 1 and if I didn't know it was possible, but I love Z more now. Highly recommend this read!
I really enjoyed this book. I couldn’t not love all the characters, main and supporting; I so loved the found family feels that this book was throwing out. The MMCs are all such wonderful individuals – their backgrounds and personalities so well explored and developed – and they fit so well together as a throuple, bouncing off each other’s personalities and growing from their support. I was routing for them all the way through, especially after those gutting opening chapters for Liam and Beau – I so wanted to give them the biggest hugs!
Liam and Stasi grew up together as childhood friends as Liam was best friends with her twin brother. Both are immensely attracted to each other but are holding back from exploring these feelings due to Liam’s disinterest in serious relationships.
Enter Beau into the equation, who’s sunshine and light and all things fun on the outside – though he’s hiding his own secrets – and this charming gent is exactly the catalyst the other two needs to finally give in to their desires. Beau and Liam have history: Beau’s the one that got away but neither of them have forgotten the other nor have their feelings lessened.
“He’s a beautiful fucking menace. I don’t ever want his vibrance to fade. But I also know I can’t fix his problems for him.” (Liam)
I can totally imagine Liam as this powerful unobtainable god, so incredibly sexy with his tattoos and muscles and that rumble of his, but he feels so out of reach to everyone around him. But don’t think he’s just pretty to look at – oh no – he’s thoughtful, caring and considerate of other people. However, under his mask, poor Liam’s traumatic past affects his self-worth.
“People on social media either recognize Liam as a musical genius or label him an egotistical asshole. They don’t understand the broken boy he hides, and I don’t think he wants them to." (Stasi)
Stasi is sweet and empathetic but dealing with a whole lot of social anxiety after negative words from her unsupportive parents and others, which have affected her mental health. Underneath it all though, she’s still got plenty of sass and fire to her, which starts to come to the surface as she starts to open up to her men.
“In all the ways I was broken physically, she and Hail were torn apart mentally. Hail bounced back quicker. He had music. He had fame. He had me to hold him up.” (Liam)
There are so many scenes in this book that I just loved, and I really want to mention my favourites, starting with my absolute top moment:
1) That phone s*x scene between Beau and Liam. Not only was it hot as h*ll but we also got to see Liam opening up, being vulnerable with Beau. Perfection *chef’s kiss*!
2) When Beau encourages the others to have fun in the rain. Beau just manages to bring out so much from the other two, and this was a prime example of this.
3) When Stasi gets sassy near the end and puts her foot down (you'll know what I mean when you read it) - love her! I was totally cheering her on!
4) The last but one chapter… I’m so happy for Z and Hail. Even though I haven’t yet read their story, I adored them both. It was such a beautiful chapter and I loved how all the characters came together to show their support.
5) The last scene between Liam and Hail after the latter finds out about Liam’s relationship with his sister. I so adored their bromance.
PS I’m super excited that Max – Stasi and Hail’s older brother – is getting his own book too! Z and Hail’s has been added to my tbr list too.
So I didn't read the first book in this series before this one, but you really don't have to. You get a pretty good view of the characters when you are first dropped in, and you can already feel the history and chemistry steaming off the pages between Liam and Stasi in their first scene as adults working out together, and once Beau arrives, he serves as the incendiary component for this throuple to detonate. And they do detonate especially beautifully--they all have such chemistry with each other, bringing out different sides of each other, with untouchable rock god Liam made more human, sweet Stasi getting to be dirty, and cocky Beau not having to hide his neediness. The smut is scorching, and works well to give you a look at their relationship dynamic.
However, I have to say that while reading this book, I expected a lot more drama and angst. True, the characters are all in their thirties and have all been through therapy at this point, but the therapy speak gets a bit annoying, and while there was some initial friction with Liam's commitment issues, he gets over it so fast. I do love that for a male lead, that he thinks that his partners are worth it to change, it seemed unrealistic that there was so little backsliding. Besides that, even things like the lack of any real drama with Hail that Liam and Beau are now both dating his little sister and kept it a secret from him for months, or Beau breaking up with his band, made parts of this novel seem a bit flat.
All that being said, I loved all the characters and their relationships with one another, and I can't wait to read more from this universe from Ms. Glenn!
I signed up for the ARC for this book solely because it was an MMF. Those kind of stories are my jam when I need true escapism and there’s so many out there that are just way too cheesy, don’t have a great story, or are so focused on the sex so entirely that there is no story. I was pleasantly surprised with this one because it was my first time reading a book by this author and I didn’t know what to expect at all. Not only was there a story, but it was an entertaining one with some relatable characters and conflicts that mirror some I’ve had in my own life. That was done in a way that wasn’t re-traumatizing, but instead helped me relate to the characters. The story takes place adjacent to the world of rock ‘n’ roll, but you don’t have to love the music industry to understand the storylines and you also don’t have to have read the first book in the series to know what’s happening in this book. However, I would recommend reading book one. I went back and did that after I finished this and I felt like I then understood this one a lot better having read book one. I would read more by this author, now, I like her style. It’s well written for the subject matter, which gets a lot of slack, of course in the bibliophile community - like romance books can’t be good, but this was and I like that there’s a good balance of story with spice & heat. There are MM, MF and MMF scenes in the book. While there are some slightly sad elements, I felt like in the end that happily ever after feels all the better for that. As I said, I received the ARC for this book and I’m leaving a review based on that, but all these words and opinions are my own.
I signed up for this book because it was a MMF book. I’m such a huge fan of all characters being together when it comes to a poly relationship because I feel like those are the best books. Also, when I saw the trope emotional scars, I was in. I literally got to 3% and I had tears in my eyes.
I’m a huge fan of hurt/comfort and this was done so well with all three of their troubles. We get to see how they deal with their trauma or just their life itself and it was beautifully written like you were seeing it through their eyes.
Also, the fact that this was a rockstar romance also made me want to read this. I loved Beau, Liam and Stasi and just how these three came together. I really loved how Beau was kind of the anchor for the three of them. He definitely was my favorite character.
From the issues of family not accepting you to mental illness and to everything in between that led these three together was probably one of the best poly relationships I’ve ever read.
I cannot wait to get the next books but I’m really waiting for Max’s story because I’m thinking that one is going to be so good.
I received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.
Raise Me Up by Abigail Glenn is everything I love about romance, emotional depth, sizzling chemistry, and characters you just want to wrap in a blanket and protect.
Liam, a former rockstar with a wounded heart, comes home to Texas and straight into the past he’s been avoiding… including Stasi, his best friend’s twin sister. They’ve had a mutual crush for years but never crossed the line until Beau enters the picture. Beau and Liam have history, and his charm, complexity, and connection to both of them change everything they thought they knew about love.
What makes this MMF stand out is how authentic it feels. Nothing’s rushed, nothing’s sensationalised, it’s three people navigating attraction, vulnerability, and healing in a way that’s messy, tender, and real. The spice is chef’s kiss, but it’s grounded in trust, emotional growth, and genuine care for each other.
I especially loved that the characters are in their thirties, with life experience and scars that make their journey even more compelling. Watching them work through doubts, face their pasts, and choose each other anyway was so satisfying.
If you’re into rockstar romance, found family, hurt/comfort, and friends-to-lovers with a musical backdrop and some seriously hot MMF dynamics this one deserves a spot high on your TBR. Abigail Glenn blends heat and heart flawlessly, and I can’t wait to see what she writes next.
This was such a beautifully written story of three people finding, connecting with, and healing each other.
Liam has known Stasi since they were kids and has developed a crush on her, but he finds himself battling with his past, afraid that he is going to hurt her if he caves to those feelings since he’s never had a serious relationship. Stasi also has a crush on Liam, but the knowledge that he can break her heart but that still can’t make her completely give up those feelings. Beau and Liam were hookups back when Liam still toured, and Beau was drawn to him, developing a connection deeper than it appears between them.
These three are constantly battling with different personal issues, but all of that does not prevent them from the inevitable attraction and chemistry they create and bring together. All doubts are very present, and they slowly navigate and discover themselves in such inspiring ways. They know how deep those feelings are becoming and how they are going to change everything they thought about in what they really wanted in a relationship. Each of them shows such amazing growth that I’m so proud of them. You can see how much care they have for one another and how that influences them to better themselves.
Overall, an amazing, heartwarming read with many ups and downs but so rewarding leading to their HEA!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Raise Me Up” by Abigail Glenn is a beautifully written poly romance that radiates love, care, and deep emotional connection.
The characters in this story are absolutely incredible—each one brought something special to the relationship, and it truly felt like they all loved one another equally. No one was left out, and that sense of unity made their bond even more touching. The romance was as heartbreaking as it was beautiful, and I found myself deeply invested in their journey, their struggles, and the way they held each other through it all.
Liam was a standout for me. Protective, sweet, and caring—he had such a gentle strength that made it easy to fall in love with him. I couldn’t understand why he saw himself as anything less than amazing, because to me (and clearly to the others), he was perfect.
Stasi was another gem in this story. She’s strong, nurturing, and unwavering in her love. I really admired her decision to stand by the men she loved no matter what life threw their way. She brought such a beautiful balance to the dynamic—fierce and soft in all the right ways.
And Beau… from the moment he stepped onto the page, I adored him. He’s full of light and warmth, with a charm that made him instantly lovable. So sweet, so endearing—he quickly became my favorite. I was cheering for him from start to finish, and when his personal struggles were revealed, it truly broke my heart. I nearly cried—it hit me that hard.
This book pulls you in and doesn’t let go. The characters are easy to connect with, and the emotions they go through feel so real. It’s a story of love, resilience, and what it means to truly show up for each other. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys emotionally rich poly romances with unforgettable characters.

This was everything I wanted. A deep emotional healing, sizzling chemistry, and characters you want to protect with your whole heart. Abigail's outdone herself.
The story follows a former rockstar with a wounded heart who returns to Texas only to confront the past he’s been running from, including his best friend’s twin sister. Their connection is intense and immediate, but what really elevates this book is the inclusion of Beau, a charming, complex third who challenges everything they thought they knew about love. The MMF dynamic is handled with such sensitivity, care, and authenticity. Nothing feels forced or sensationalized. Just honest, passionate, messy human connection.
What I loved most is how Glenn blends spice with substance. The heat is definitely there, but it’s grounded in character growth and emotional truth. These three people are not just falling into bed, they’re falling into healing, trust, and the courage to be vulnerable again.
This book made me feel. It made me root for love in all its messy, imperfect glory. If you’re a fan of found family, friends-to-lovers, and second chances with a musical twist, Raise Me Up deserves a top spot on your TBR.
I can't wait to see what Abigail Glenn writes next. 💙
Past rockstar/music, MMF, hurt/comfort, friends to lovers, second chance, best friend's twin sister, twin brother's best friend, mentions of abuse in prologue, standalone.
I usually don't enjoy rockstar romances, but this didn't focus on the music/touring/rockstar lifestyle as much, so I enjoyed it a lot more.
Liam is retired from the band, and Beau was let go from his, so there wasn't much music scenes except Liam being more behind-the-scenes after transitioning to working on production and being in the studio. Stasi as a physical therapist came in handy later after we find out what's really wrong with Beau, and it was so heartwarming to see them coming together with confirmation after everyone had their own doubts about themselves in this throuple.
Beau's father was amazing and hilarious. So nice to read about a good parent after seeing Liam's abusive father in the prologue, and mentions of Stasi's parents being apathetic and dismissive of her brother, Hail. I need to go back and read book 1 of Hail's relationship after reading this one. Super curious about his and Z's relationship and loved all their moments in this book.
A fun, sexy, and emotional read, I loved spending time with Beau, Liam, and Stasi. I appreciated the book’s MCs all being in their 30s, in different places in their lives, with their own unique hardships. Author Abigail Glenn does a great job weaving in their individual storylines, packed with tender moments, character growth, and one hard fought HEA. I love how these three evolve and support one another without too much angst. The banter and chemistry between Beau, Liam, and Stasi had me wanting even more! Plus the side characters made me excited to go back and read book 1 of the Atonement series and check out whoever might be next. Fun read if you enjoy some of the following:
MMF | Friends to Lovers | Rockstar Romance | Hurt/Comfort | Best Friend’s Sister | Unrequited Love | Emotional Scars
Thank you BookSirens for an advance review copy of this book. This is my honest and voluntary review.
I loved this book. Liam, Stas, and Beau are an amazing throuple that I loved reading about.
Liam is broody and feels like he can't be loved because of the trauma from his past. Stasi and her twin brother have been friends with Liam since they were kids. She knows parts of his past and how he has dealt with them as an adult. Beau met Liam 7 years ago and while they had a short fling, Liam walked away.
When Beau needs somewhere to go he reaches out to Liam, who takes him in allowing for a one night stand between the 3. I love watching how they each bring out the best in the other and the level of care and understanding the characters develop over time.
Beau has a serious medical condition you learn about later and the book and the way Abigail writes the story is beautiful. From how Beau feels about it to the way Stasi and Liam handle everything felts so real and authentic.
I am obsessed with angry, brooding, beautifully broken Liam. I was intrigued by his character in the first book. I knew with how he was protective of both Hail and Z that he had so much depth to him. I wasn’t wrong. He searched all those years for the love he never received as a child but also feared finding that love because he didn’t know what to do with it. So he used others in a way he could protect his heart. But Lord almighty of Beau didn’t show up and know EXACTLY what Liam needed. He needed Stasi AND he needed Beau. They all needed each other to feel whole!
Great story and can’t wait for the next ones!!!

Oh my heart! This book was so fantastic. Liam is a musician with a broken soul due to his past and upbringing. He says he is incapable of loving. Stasi is his best friend’s twin sister whom he has known since childhood. Her and her brother havent had the most supportive or present parents. Then comes Beau, a musician, who is both beautiful inside and out. Their story is full of ups and downs. Between all of their mental health and physical, it is definitely a hard fought battle, with an even bigger hard earned HEA. Liam and Beau are both absolutely swoon-worthy and when you add in Stasi, it ends up being one spicy throuple with lots of spicy goodness. If MMF is up your alley, and you like a good dose of hurt/comfort, then I highly recommend reading this book!
Hoooolllllllllllyyyyy crap! This book was everything and so much more.
If you want a MMF romance book with second chance, brothers best friend, rockstar, swoony moments, all the banter and some heartbreak this one is definitely for you.
Liam, Beau & Stasi have all of my heart. I loved the complexity of each character and how they were all perfect for each other. The spice was perfect and the plot was amazing.
I cried, I laughed, I cried some more and had all the other feels. I loved seeing Hail and Z (from Drag Me Down) in this book. You definitely don’t have to read their book before this one but their book is amazing as well!
I read Drag Me Down and loved Z and Hails story so much and connected to Z…But when I tell you the love I feel for Beau, Stasi and Liam is just a whole other level!!
These 3 characters spoke to me on such an emotional level and while I didn’t have the experiences like them, I just felt their lives in my soul!!
The way Stasi, Liam and Beau came together and fought for their relationship was seriously so beautiful while also a bit traumatic, but the way they all loved each other had me so emotional!!
Also, the spice….OMG the spice in this book was phenomenal and I really wish I had a Beau and Liam in my life
I have no words for how much I loved this book. Liam is a "retired" musician and loner, Stasi is the girl he's had a crush on forever but because she's the BF sister she's "hands-off", & Beau . Beau was a fling of Liam's many years ago, who due to health reasons is a "retired" musician who comes back into Liam's life. One night at a party everything changes. I am not usually a fan of MMF, but love how the author made them fit so well together. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
It was …. Okay 🤷🏾♀️. I strongly dislike the lack of using “I” in sentences. I understand what people are trying to do but it makes for an irritating read. This had LOTS of that. I also think with everything going on, there was a lack of depth not only in the characters but in their relationship. It often feel like Liam was the “key partner”. Maybe with more time in the growing of their relationship I would have seen that it was a circle not a line.
Loved this polyamory story. Story shows how emotional and sometimes physical scars make us feel unworthy of love. But with the right person(s) they can help us heal. Loved the development of the relationship for the three main characters. Can't wait to read more of this author!

This book was cute, really liked the ending. Also the progress they all made throughout the book. Loved the spice. One thing I wish we got to see is, Beau taking to his old band mates about his tumor.
I definitely will be reading the first book, I did not read it yet but this has persuaded me too.

This book! I’ve read MM only for a long time now but I think this book may get me back into some MF books. This book is MMF and it was amazing. I love all of the characters but Beau was special to me. Liam was awesome though. Stasi I loved her, submissive in the bedroom but strong willed outside.
Beau and Liam have a past. Stasi and Liam have been tiptoeing around each other for years. Beau gets removed from the band he’s in for reasons I won’t discuss (you’ll have to read it) and ends up reaching out to Liam for a ride from the airport and ends up staying with him. Stasi and Beau decide to flirt a little at a party to make Liam jealous so Stasi can finally get Liam but what actually happens is a lot more than they bargained for. These three work so well together and it didn’t feel like anyone got more attention than the other, which I often find in throuples. Such a great read.
Abigail has a gift for making me fall in love with every character she creates! Before diving into this book, I reread Drag Me Down, and I absolutely loved how those characters were woven into this storyline. Each one finds a way into my heart, and I just can’t get enough. If you’re a fan of hurt/comfort, this book is a must-read!
4 ⭐ 4 🌶️ ARC E-book Liam Stasi Beau I love MMF stories. Shows how three very different people can come together and be what the others need. They each have their own issues to deal with, two being toxic upbringing (in very different ways), but they support and love each other through it all.
I thought it was supposed to be a why choose but I felt like the FL was just a side character. Her character to me was not given more opportunities to develop. Like at the end, the sudden burst of backbone just felt rushed. It focused more on the MM dynamics rather them 3 exploring being together.
