This is the first book I've read by this author.
Being a BBW myself I love reading about them.
I enjoyed the story,but it disheartens to think
A BBW would fall for the first guy who
Truly showed interest in her. It was really good to see Geo
Truly loved her. I was waiting for the betrayal by the
Pack but it never came. Funny to see the police come to the rescue.

A cute story. some erotica, some mystery. I liked how they met, but she really seemed to fall quickly (fate I suppose). I like the characters and their interactions, there was a lot about the "bad" guys that I didn't understand because their characters weren't developed in this story. u hope the next installment explains more. overall a good quick read.

If I could give this book a half a star I would...no wait 25% of a star would represent this book accurately. Awe heck who am I kidding 10% of a star is the perfect rating. The writing was blah. The constant self depreciation was annoying and the inta-lust...I mean love was sickening. I mean really does this wolf "Gio" I mean "Geo" have a bigger vocabulary outside of "beautiful, mine, and make you happy?" I am all for an alpha wolf, take charge type of man, but really I need a display of some intelligence. This was a short book that seemed to be written while on the verge of falling asleep and the submit button to the publisher was accidentally hit. Now that I've completely shredded this book I will end there.

Rough Wolf - Hot, Steamy
A quick and easy story to read. A simple plot with some good action. Hero was sweet. A little on the stiff side but with work he could become more believable.
Heroine started out in weakness, but grew with the story. Hot sexy love scenes. Almost melted my ereader.

This was a fast read, but it didn't tick all the boxes for me when it comes to shifter romance. I thought the characters were too one dimensional, the dialogue overly simplistic, and the romance was sugary sweet at times.

I just wasn't terribly impressed by this. Maybe it was too short for me to care about any of the characters. The love story, conflict and resolution were all too easy.
