About the author

JC Thomas is an elementary school teacher in the Fairfax County Public School System in Northern Virginia. He attended the College of William where he double-majored in International Relations and East Asian Studies. He later earned his M.Ed in Elementary Education from Marymount University. He also holds a sixth-degree black belt in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo and instructs in his spare time. He currently resides in his native Virginia.
