Bob Reese has social anxiety issues, and has trouble connecting with people. When he calls a service called Phone Fun, he speaks to Naughty Colette, and he tells her that his Mistress has commanded him to call. Colette knows its a lie, knows that he has no Mistress, and she's annoyed by his deception.
Bob becomes a regular caller for Colette, and she knows that he isn't actually doing a lot of the things that she tells him to. For some reason, this starts to bother her more and more, and she finally decides to teach Bob a lesson. She orders him on a shopping trip to the drugstore, and she listens in as he shops. Bob has to ask Lauren, a sales assistant, for assistance in finding exactly the shade of lipstick Colette orders him to buy. Colette forces Bob to put on the lipstick and send her a picture, then find a matching nail polish, a Cosmopolitan magazine, and a couple of pairs of pantyhose. Lauren rings him out with the lipstick he's wearing plainly visible. Bob is humiliated and aroused.
As Bob's relationship with Colette continues, they never meet, but she feminizes him more fully, having him wear full makeup, a dress, and heels, and refer to himself as Barbie. She forces him to go on additional shopping excursions while she listens in.
The device of having Bob/Barbie humiliated by someone that he never meets in person is interesting, as is Bob's willingness to debase himself in public in order to preserve his relationship with a phone sex operator. Eventually, Colette does help Bob to connect with someone who enjoys his humiliation as much as she does.
This is a light femdom tale that features coerced feminization and public humiliation, mixed with a small amount of bondage and light forced bi (a kissing scene). It's also oddly romantic at times, for a story about a phone sex relationship. Recommended as a light, quick forced feminization read.
