These two were high school sweethearts that everyone tried to keep apart, then she lost her memory after her father was murdered. When she returns he's now a cop and still madly in love with her. It's sweet and intense as she finds her way back to her memories and him.

Cody Nordstrom, Megan Banks, Cody’s psychotic twin Ivan…
Cody was the one the parents were proud of… Ivan not so much – and they didn’t know of the things his brother hid from them – like cutting off squirrel’s heads; at 16 both wanted next door neighbor Megan… and Cody boasted that she was going walking in the woods with him that afternoon… and goaded by his brother, the brother’s bet $10 which one would get into her pants first… and Cody & Megan had a spat, returned to his house… where they found his brother standing over their dead parents, holding the knife – and blaming Cody…
Ivan ran off; Cody went to live with an uncle, and he always felt responsible for his brother… he became a homicide cop, visited his parent’s graves annually, tracked his brother and put him in jail… and ultimately returned home… where he watches over Megan, befriends Megan, but won’t let her get closer to him…
