Marcine Moore's Reflections Rising is that fiery trail of feathers and glorious afterimages upon rebirth. Her previously published collection is strong, evocative, and powerful, but I feel this collection soars head and shoulders above. It burns bright in the late night or early morning sky, showering sparkles of reverie down from the heavens.

There is a depth of feeling that burns passionately from cover to cover and you feel it as you journey through each poem. Come, sit, spend time with Moore and her words, and reflect on where you've come from and where, pray tell, you might be going.
