Argumento:

Tras ser abducida de la Tierra con otras dos mujeres humanas, por suerte me toca Roan, un encanto, que vive en un planeta habitado solo por él y sus hermanos. Roan, que nunca ha tenido la oportunidad de amar. Roan, que solo desea una esposa a la que apreciar. Roan, que me acelera el pulso de deseo y... ¿felicidad?

Ahora, el equipo de producción me ofrece un trato secreto: garantizarán el regreso sano y salvo de las mujeres humanas a la Tierra si hago que Roan se enamore de mí...

...y luego le rompo el corazón. En la televisión intergaláctica.



Mi humilde opinión:

Romance de ciencia ficción, abducción, reality de citas, otro planeta, él cae primero.

La historia comienza contada desde el punto de vista de las otras mujeres secuestradas antes de conocer a Briar. Harlee y Lydia no recuerdan como despertaron en otro lugar y yo me preguntaba… tan despistadas podían ser que nunca pensaron en que fueron drogadas? Que todo el tema del show era muy sospechoso? Cómo podía pensar Harlee que Chloe la ayudaría a escapar después de pedirle que le rompa el corazón a Roan en televisión en vivo? que Smith la estaba chantajeando y por eso no podía ayudarlas? podía ser tan ingenua que no veía la actitud calculadora de la asistente? En lugar de decirle a las demás lo que le habían pedido hacer con Roan se calló y seguía creyendo que si lo hacia la devolverían a la tierra. Me asombraba lo crédulas que eran estas mujeres! Eventualmente Lydia dijo lo que yo pensaba, que fueron unas idiotas al firmar para el reality show!

Los hermanos son todos, a pesar de sus diferentes personalidades, entrañables. Roan me daba pena porque de los tres era el que mas quería una compañera con todo su corazón. La casa en la que vivían me sigue pareciendo confusa porque a veces no sabia como terminaban en ciertos sectores como pasadizos subterráneos y cuevas con arboles, manantiales… era loco.

La verdad no me gustaba todo el tema de la manipulación y amenazas, no soportaba a Chloe y Smith. Me quedé sorprendida cuando se menciono que el programa tenia 60 temporadas, WTF! A cuantas personas las hicieron ilusionar con encontrar el amor cuando las estaban manipulando y mintiendo? pero lo que mas me enojaba de todo era que las mujeres solo seguían con el show y hacían lo que les decían sin pensar en un plan para liberarse de ellos!

Por suerte, el final fue sin dramas innecesarios. Chloe no logró que Roan se enojara con Harlee, el pobre enseguida comprendió su situación y que ella estaba bajo amenaza. No podía creer que Smith escapó y la pobre Lydia descorazonada porque no tiene forma de regresar a la tierra. Killan seguramente no la odia sino todo lo contrario.

El romance como el anterior fue corto, lindo y con spicy, contado desde un lado divertido pero… espere más de las heroínas, ojala hubieran peleado más, formar equipo para vencer a Chloe y Smith en su propio juego, no se, algo mas que no las mostrara tan tontas. Leeré el libro de Lydia y Killian? No lo sé, no fueron una pareja que me intrigara tanto.

Lonely alien looking for love

This was such a sweet book. Slow burn bc it's a reality TV show with cameras they have to hide from.

What's it about? The youngest alien brother, desperately lonely & wanting a mate, convinces his brothers to sign up for Love Galaxy. It's an alien reality show that'll find your perfect mate match.

Only, the three human women who were chosen don't realize it's an alien show until they arrive unconscious and bound- they were told it'd be an earth reality show. Now the director says he won't take them back to Earth unless they participate in the show.

Each brother gets a book, and this is the youngest brother's story. He is so desperate for love he'll do anything, and he doesn't know how to hide his intentions or be fake, you just want to squeeze him.

There's some really cute & funny cultural misunderstandings, 2-3🌶️ open door spice, scaly aliens with claws horns & more, alien 🍆 pocket, HEA for the couple, & overarching storylines.

If you like sweet & cozy alien romance, such as Ursa Dax Alien Cowboy series, then I think you'll enjoy this as well.

I can't wait for the next book, it's the grumpy brother's story!!

Oh my goodness Roan...he's the perfect example of a cinnamon roll alien himbo. He was so naive about Love Galaxy because his want for a Mate was so strong he missed all the red flags about John Smith and the show. But as soon as he found out how the women got there and were being treated? Protective mode engaged!

He had me giggling with his fear of Harlee thinking he was in "instant love" 😆 And what do you do when you're being watched by cameras everywhere but have the need to get to know your alien friend better? 😏 Sneak around of course. Loved the sneaky spicy scenes! Who knew making out and getting handsy inside the hollow of a giant tree would be so sexy?

I'm so ready for Killian's book and see where the story continues for the women who are mated now that they've decided to stay.

I enjoyed the first book in the series but this second one was a DNF for me. I wasn’t a fan of how much the opening of the book repeated info from the first book and I didn’t really connect with the FMC or MMC in this one. I will give the third book a try though as I’m a sucker for a grumpy MMC and the last brother seems more interesting.

Oh Roan, what a sweetie-pie! This story didn't pull me in quite as much as the first book in the series but, I was rooting for Harlee and Roan from the beginning! I am anxiously awaiting the next book in the series to see how Lydia and Killan will finally get along. 3.5 stars rounded up.

I enjoyed this next 'episode' of Love Galaxy. Roan is an adorable himbo. This is an easy, fun read with more of a dating show feel to it. It had some sneaking around spice which was fun also!

Just like the first one, this was ok. There were parts I laughed and I liked Roan. What I enjoyed most were the fan group chats and trying to figure out more about Love Galaxy.
