Oh my goodness, the secondhand embarrassment this volume gave me!! I could feel myself blushing because Orianna, how could you be so naive?! 🙈🤣
This volume was so very wonderful, though!
I knew I was nervous after skimming the previous volume, but this one was so much fun, full of surprises, and much laughter! I truly had such a great time reading and am genuinely surprised I didn’t cry or feel my heart being broken in half!
Outside of the extreme secondhand embarrassment from that scene with a “wand,” I was quite surprised to see how well one character cleaned up! Talk about hiding a handsome face!!
The art was simply breathtaking and stopped several times to appreciate the joy on these precious characters' faces! It felt so special considering how long of a journey it’s been, even more so when we got a very sweet and swoony moment near the end! 🥰
I confess I am a little nervous about what’s to come because it sounds like we are about to be back at the moment that started everything. I am not sure what will happen, but I agree with our leads that things are not the same as they were before. I realize that doesn’t mean something might not happen, but surely that means there is less chance, right?

oh we finally get the long awaited ball!! and god damn, mr. professor you were hiding all that under all that grub?? oh well understandable lol, cause no one would listen to him with a face card like that lol. the ball itself was soo sweet and then went into absolute chaos and comedy and im dying of laughter. which is usually good, but this is not a normal manga,, so everytime our mangaka makes me laugh i worry about what she has in store for us next. the ending was not bad, but um it was also not reassuring by any means!!!

KYAAAAAA!!! I loved this volume sooooo much!!!! The ball scene was so beautiful! Oriana and Vincent's outfits were lovely. I was laughing so much at Vincent's "wand"! Poor dude and Oriana with not a clue in the world at the effect she has on him. Excited for the next volume.

Don’t worry, Vincent’s staff is securely stuffed inside his pants and thus not harmed in any form at the making of this volume. (This scene gives me a major throwback to Jinshi and Maomao’s frog scene. Hilarious!) Gosh, and I’m in love with Oriana’s ball dress! So gorgeous, with the same vibes of Hermione’s dress from the movie! But come on, give us a real-real kiss! What are you so afraid of?! Haha!
Review of advance copy
While Volume 6 remains a visual feast, I’m starting to wonder if I’m reading a mystery or just a very high-end art book.
The Highlights:
- The Art: Breathtaking, as always. Honestly, it’s worth the price of admission just to stare at the panels.
- The Focus: This volume is intensely focused on Oriana and Vincent. As much as I adore the supporting cast, having the side characters step back to let our leads breathe (and pine) was a much-needed shift.
The Critique:
However, we’ve reached a point where the plot is less of a "story" and more of a "fluffy spring cloud." There are no crumbs for the reader to follow, no villains to hiss at, and no stakes to sweat over. Because everyone is so relentlessly nice and polite, it’s impossible to build a solid theory. It’s hard to imagine a culprit when the entire cast is too "cute" to kill.
We’re left with ethereal visuals and a specific misunderstanding that felt a bit too "reminiscent" of another famous duo. I’m still buckled in for the art, but I’m ready for the plot to finally wake up.

Review to be adjusted once series is complete
This is my first dip into a time loop series; Oriana and her boyfriend Vincent are both students at a magic school when one fateful night, Vincent dies without any obvious traces. Oriana tries to help but instead collapses and finds herself waking up back in time when she was seven. Her life plays on repeat while she has kept her memories of her previous life. Her goal is to disrupt the flow of time as little as possible whilst still preparing herself for the day Vincent died so that this time she can help him. Unfortunately, the Vincent in her repeated life has no memories of their past life together, making this a rather lonely journal for Oriana.
One thing that surprised me was that Oriana immediately confronts Vincent about not having shared memories as opposed to waiting to see how he reacts and how they find a way back to each other. In a way, I think had she waited, it would have resulted in a more slow burn and tense kind of situation and I felt like it wasn't Oriana's smartest move. On the other hand, the fact that she is upfront about it and is constantly facing rejection by Vincent whilst remaining cheerful and continuously trying to discover the culprit, adds a whole different kind of dynamic between the two. There is something bittersweet about how Oriana puts on a brave face but is clearly lonely and sad and essentially alone in her endeavours to prevent past tragedies from repeating themselves.
The world building feels a little weak at this point, it seems very standard magic school but we get to see very little of the said magic. Nonetheless, it's my cup of tea setting wise so I just try to appreciate what we get. The art is beautiful and I want to say a little unusual. It has a lot of shoujo traits and yet has a more roundish edge to it that looks more unique - it gives the characters a soft look. I'm definitely curious to see how this series continues - both in terms of mystery and romance.

Scène de la baguette pas nécessaire, ou au moins pas aussi longue (peut-être suis-je trop prude vu les 70% de 5/5), faites revenir le garde du corps, le prof est bg mais faites pas aller ça plus loin qu'une danse et un rougissement avec la gamine sinon je vais me fâcher

THEY WERE SO CUTE
I love pretty much this couple, they are adorable and I loved the moment at the lake.
I also liked the Miguel and Yana moment but I feel bad for Miguel, he seems to be okay with it and he is treating really good Yana but he doesn't show his real emotions
AND THE MOMENT OF THE "WAND", I COULDN'T LAUGH MORE
