This story is great fun!
Told from the point of view of the dog, Chipper, it begins with his rivalry with his neighbour's evil cat, Hubble. When we meet their respective families, an accident sends Chipper into Outer Space. Enter a crazy scientist, a wormhole machine, the alien planet Oggbotts, and a host of wonderful alien creatures, all brought to life by Joseph Wilkins's amazing illustrations.
This is an exciting chapter book for ages 6 to 10, and I love the underlying message of not spoiling the good, kind and loving alien world with the greedy, selfish, power-mad mistakes of an Earthling cat!
