The Thirst Trap #3

The Loneliest Number

Rate this book
I like to play.
I’m a single woman. A unicorn.
No real names, no real feelings. Just fun. And lots of it.
Until one night, I play with a man who leaves a lasting impression.
He offers me his number, suggests we hook up again, but I never reach out.
So, imagine my surprise when he shows up as the new owner of the building across the road.
He’s too good to be true.
Scottish, sexy, and willing to share me in all the best ways.
We can have some fun. Experience some new things together.
I won’t get attached.
He won’t want more.
We won’t catch feelings.
He won’t make me see how lonely I’ve been, despite me pretending otherwise.
I like my non-monogamous lifestyle, but what if I don’t have to live it alone? What if I can find someone who gets it? Can I really have a relationship and still get to experience the alternative lifestyle I crave?

This is a steamy romance with a polyamorous MF pairing (Dual POV). It's the third (interconnected standalone) book in The Thirst Trap series and can be read independently. This book is intended for adults only.

Alright, heartbreakers and hope junkies, buckle up. Kenzie has once again reached into the depths of my soul, set it on fire, and left The Loneliest Number smoldering on my nightstand like a beautiful emotional crime scene. This isn’t just a romance, it’s a messy, raw, breathtaking dive into love that doesn’t fit into a neat little box. And yes, my Kindle is once again begging for mercy.

Let’s talk Cam and Abby. These two? I am feral. They’re tender and terrible at feelings in the most deliciously human way. Kenzie doesn’t write characters…..she somehow manages to breathe life into them, lets them fall apart, and then dares them (and us) to believe in something real and complicated and worth fighting for.

And the polyamory? GENIUS. It’s not just spicy (though yes, ma’am, it is absolutely scorch the pages hot). I found it layered, chaotic, intimate, and emotionally rich in a way that feels like a love letter to every queer, bi, poly kid who grew up thinking they were too much. This book doesn’t just explore desire. It deconstructs it, rebuilds it, and lets it live out loud.

The writing? Razor-sharp. Wickedly addictive. Utterly unhinged in the best way. I devoured it in a haze of emotion, caffeine, and quiet “oh no”s muttered into the void. Sleep? Not a chance. Regrets? Only that I can’t read it for the first time again. Best in the series for sure.

Yes, there’s miscommunication. Yes, there are “why are you like this??” moments. But honestly? It’s part of the ride. The chaos is the charm.

Final verdict? The Loneliest Number is for the romantics who know love isn’t always simple (or singular). It’s for the ones who crave a little mess, a lot of heart, and believe that sometimes, the right answer to “who do you want?” is: yes.

Go read it. Get wrecked. And don’t blame me when you can’t put it down.

This book was honestly a breath of fresh air in terms of its approach to discussing ENM/polyamory lifestyles. At times, many authors don’t delve enough into what the lifestyles and ideologies entail, whether through lack of research or true understanding. Books seems quite lacking in the common struggles that revolve ENM, and quite frankly, botch their own books by skimming the surface or completely disrespecting the community. So major kudos to Kenzie Quivers for reflecting a more accurate view of what the community looks and feels like.

First off, I was initially drawn to this book mainly due to the Scottish MMC. I have a soft spot for my dad’s culture, and I honestly just love Scottish banter/humour. Cam did not disappoint (there’s a spicy kilt scene guys!!!).
Secondly, for a romance book, this book truly encapsulates the struggle with the idea of monogamy, marriage, independence, and commitment that many ENM folks run into before, during, and even after discovering ethical non-monogamy. As someone who has gone through that struggle myself, it’s so refreshing to read through Pixie’s journey and realizing that ENM is different for everyone. Everyone’s needs are different, so it shouldn’t be surprising that relationships shouldn’t all look the same either. AND THAT’S OKAY!
I truly loved reading about Pixie’s life and discovering her backstory as well as Cam’s. This story felt so real and human, maybe because I can relate, but isn’t that what a great book should do? I saw myself in Pixie and Cam, and maybe you will too.

Thank you so much to Kenzie Quivers for this ARC in exchange for an honest review!

The Loneliest Number is part of the Thirst Trap Series being book 3 they're all interconnected standalones which means they can be read in order, or each alone, the characters appear in the other books, but are never fully fleshed out, this story focuses on Abby (pixie) she is an independent woman, who likes to play, mysteriously. She is a unicorn in a one-time-only threesome, during this she plays with a man who leaves an undeniable impression, when one day they're brought back together, she just wants fun, but realises she needs more despite her non-monogamous lifestyle, he supports this.
This is the first book that I've read that has more than one female involved, and I must say I enjoyed it.

- polyamerous mf pairing (ethical non-monogomy)
- grumpy x sassy
- Scottish mmc
- size difference
- bondage
- exhibitionism

This book Series often delves into relationships that are not the norm, and she does this so well.

There is so much within this book, instant steam, character growth, family mystery and all the spice, including all different pairings, although there is the miscommunication trope which i dislike greatly, but they can work through it.

Definitely recommend this series, and recommend reading them all!

I liked the poly dynamic in this. It was fun to see them include different play buddies. They made their own rules to their relationship, where both of them were happy.

I found it difficult to connect with Abby because she was way too closed off. I feel like we really don’t know all that much about her other than the basics, her sexual preferences, and her complicated relationship with her mother. Because of this, I struggled to see how Cam could have fallen so fast when he barely knew her. It sucked each time she pushed Cam away and he was the only one fighting to spend more time together.

I enjoyed the side story of exploring Cam’s grandmother’s past and how she came to own a building in London. I also loved Saff’s character. She was such a great friend to Cam and full of sunshine. I hope we see more of her in the series.

- Poly MF pairing
- Size difference
- Caretaker, Scottish, tatted MMC
- Independent, unicorn FMC
- Sex parties

This book is a story of love in all its fluid forms, intimate, open, and beautifully complex. At its heart is Cam, a brooding, tattooed Scot whose accent alone could make you swoon. His chemistry with Pixie and their partners crackles with heat, tenderness, and deep mutual respect. This isn’t just a spicy poly romance, it’s a celebration of chosen family, identity, and connection. There’s also a whisper of mystery weaving through it all, tying past to present in a way that’s quietly powerful. The result? A love story that’s bold, kinky, and full of magic.

While I’m still a sucker for book 1, this one was a good read. Loved Cam! He was such a sweetheart to Abby and it was great seeing her come out of her shell for this book. Liked the poly aspect of this book and the constant playtimes with others. I now need to see what the Juniper looks like! Since I love the picture in my head that was created!! Def an enjoyable read and you don’t need to read the others in the series to understand 95% of this storyline. I received an arc for an honest review.

I just loved Cam, he was so swoony and perfection. He felt this instant attraction to Abby and knew she felt it too but was scared. He never pushed her, just let her know he was there to love and support her. Abby learned she could open up and trust someone to be her person and biggest supporter. They knew that their relationship was not conventional but it works for them.

I received this book as an ARC. And those opinions are my own.

It was my first book by Kenzie Quivers and it won't be the last

Cam and Abby are both single and love having some fun times together, and with others. When they meet, their connection and attraction is immediate.

I really loved both of these characters.

Cam is a huge but soft Scott that just wants to take care of his girls.

Abby is a strong, independent woman and I really appreciated that her not wanting to be exclusive was never criticised.

Cam immediately accepted it and even enjoyed the Idea of sharing her.
He never once tried to change her views on playing with others, only tried to make himself a spot in her heart while respecting her boundaries.

They were made for each other and I really liked that representation of a polyamourous couple.

I also really liked the plot around the Juniper, as well as the side characters. I hope Saffy gets her own book because that girl deserves some HEA.

Since discovering The Thirst Trap series, there has been one character I always wanted to know more about: Abby. I’m glad I got to read The Loneliest Number and finally get to know her better—meeting Cam wasn’t bad either! —I really enjoyed discovering their somewhat 'unconventional' relationship, which actually seemed completely natural to me.

First of all, I would like to give credit where credit is due, because without Saff—Cam’s friend who also becomes Abby’s friend during the book—none of what happened in this story could have taken place. I have to thank Saff for the wonderful idea she had to cheer Cam up. I don’t know if surprises that people make for their friends can always be described as pleasant, but this one was—to be honest, I also fell in love with Saff and would love to find out more about her.

If there’s one thing that will always instil a little romance in my heart, it’s when fate intervenes to bring the protagonists of a story together, against all odds. I love these little helps from fate—or rather, from the author—and I was pleasantly surprised to find this in The Loneliest Number.

There’s one thing I really like about Abby: her independence. She doesn’t wait for someone to tell her what to do; she often takes the proverbial bull by the horns. However, being independent doesn’t mean that accepting a helping hand, a listening ear, or a shoulder to cry on is a sign of weakness. In my opinion, being independent while knowing how to accept help when you need it is not contradictory. Having said that, I would never blame Abby for being afraid of becoming 'dependent' on someone else when we hear more about her past.

Cam also still bears the scars of his past, but he seems to be a few steps ahead in accepting that certain events cannot be changed and must therefore be accepted. The Scottish stonemason knows something about this, given the recent loss of his grandmother. It’s impossible to describe Cameron as anything other than a man with a big heart, a lot of tenderness, and a great deal of patience. He gives Abby all the time she needs to trust him, often allowing her to run away when faced with something that frightens her.

Another thing I really liked about this book was the mystery surrounding The Juniper.

I recommend The Loneliest Number and all of the books in The Thirst Trap series. I can’t wait to see what Kenzie Quivers has in store for us with her next book.

Many thanks to Kenzie Quivers for giving me the opportunity to read an ARC of The Loneliest Number. This review is my own. All opinions expressed are mine.

If you're in the mood for a steamy, emotionally rich romance and just enough whimsy to make your heart flutter, Kenzie Quivers, the Loneliest Number delivers in spades.

This spicy, polyamorous romance sizzles right from the first chapter. Set between Scotland and London, the story balances sultry club scenes with a tender exploration of identity, connection, and chosen family. The tension between intimacy and independence is a central theme, and it’s explored with both heat and heart.

Let’s talk about the Scottish male main character — he is hot. More than just brooding charm and tattooed muscle, he’s magnetic in a way that practically echoes off the page. You can hear his accent — thick, warm, and sinfully rolled — and it’s impossible not to fall for him. The chemistry he shares with Pixie and the other partners is fluid, fiery, and deeply respectful. It’s a beautiful depiction of consensual, multi-partner love that doesn't skimp on the sensuality.

Amid the sultry scenes and evolving relationships, there's also a thread of mystery — a subtle, slow-burn family secret that ties the London and Scottish settings together and gives Kenzie’s journey even more weight. The way it unravels is gentle and rewarding, a perfect emotional counterbalance to the high heat levels throughout.

Ultimately, Kenzie Quivers, the Loneliest Number is must grab — tender, titillating, and completely unapologetic in its kink, and heart. It’s for anyone who loves their romance a little wild, a little magical, and a lot steamy. You'll laugh, ache, and maybe even believe in unicorns by the end.

The Loneliest Number - Kenzie Quivers (279📖) (11th June - 23rd June) 5⭐️ 4🌶

Abby is non-monogamous and doesnt want to tie her life to just one person. She's happy being a unicorn. She meets the sexy Scot, Cam, for just one night of fun. So imagine her surprise when he turns up just up the street from her work in a property that she has been dreaming about for years - The Juniper with the boarded up windows. They continue to play together and have fun, but when both of their feelings start to get in between, how will Abby take it? Will she jump at the opportunity she never thought she'd want or will she run for the hills?

Oh my freaking god!! I just KNEW The Loneliest Number would be phenomenal, and I was absolutely right! Literally everything about this book was amazing. If I hadn't have been so busy, I think I'd have finished within a day, if not in one sitting. I just couldn't put it down. I was finding any time I could to even just read one page. It was beyond addictive! I love Cam and Abby together. They're perfect together and Abby has certainly met her match. The spice was so on point too, but didn't take away from the story itself (which was also so gripping) which just makes me love it even more. I also loved how past characters made their appearances too, it was lovely to see them!
Thank you so much to the amazing Kenzie Quivers for allowing me to ARC your works of art. The Thirst Trap series holds a special place in my heart and I can't wait to see where you and your brilliant mind can take us next.

Don't forget to pre-order your copy of The Loneliest Number now for release day on Thursday (26th June). You certainly wont regret it. You can find The Best Number and Just A Number on Amazon and KU.

ARC Thoughts and First Impressions

Whew. This book came in hot, strutted past every boundary, and whispered, “Let’s really talk about freedom, desire, and connection.” And I devoured every page. 😮‍💨💦

Our leading lady? She’s got confidence in spades, living her best solo, no-strings-attached lifestyle with zero regrets. No names, no mess, no morning-after cuddles. Just pleasure on her terms—and trust me, she knows how to have a good time. Until a certain deliciously-accented man crashes her carefully controlled world like a sexy storm in a tailored suit.

And that mystery man? Let’s just say he’s the kind of neighbor you don’t borrow sugar from—you borrow time, hands, and maybe a few ropes 👀. He’s smooth, open-minded, and totally down for her world of exploration... only, he might be bringing feelings along for the ride. Uh-oh.

This story isn’t just steamy (though it definitely delivers there 😏). It’s also about letting someone truly see you. About realizing independence doesn’t mean isolation. About choosing a love that expands, not confines.

Expect:
💃 A bold heroine who owns her sexuality
🏴‍☠️ A dirty-talking, swoon-inducing Scotsman
🔥 Steamy scenes with consent, confidence, and creative energy
💞 A deep dive into polyamory that feels authentic, not performative
✨ Emotional growth hidden beneath all that heat

This one is equal parts spice and soul. It makes space for those who crave freedom and connection. A delicious, empowering ride from start to finish. Bring a fan—you’ll need it. 🔥❤️‍🔥

First, this is the third book in The Thirst Trap Series. While they can be standalones, I have not read the other two. After this one, though, they are ABSOLUTELY on my TBR!
Second, I’m alllll for smut (obviously), but typically prefer when the story/plot line is just as heavy. In my opinion, that isn’t the case here. The coitus is HEAVY from the jump. It’s so insanely well written though, that I was still absolutely enthralled throughout!
The FMC, Pixie/Abby, reminds me a ton of myself which might be why I enjoyed the story so much. She is strong, independent, and loyal, but all to a fault. She has become those things out of necessity and pushed others away for the same reason.
The MMC, Cam, is sort of lost. Trying to find his way through grief and just life as a whole.
Together they share several firsts (and several more partners 😉).
If you’re closed minded, don’t like queer people or their sexcapades, feel like relationships should only be between two people, etc… this isn’t for you. However, if you love people find going happiness and their safe space, whatever that looks like, I HIGHLY suggest you check it out!

This was my very first ARC that I have ever received and let me say any future ones have a lot to live up to! I went back and read the first 2 books in the series just to have all the facts but I definitely think it COULD be read out of order, just some of the other background characters won’t be explained much.

We first get to meet Abby aka Pixie in the first couple of books but here we actually get to know her. We start with her being a unicorn in a one-time-only threesome while travelling to Scotland, but fate brings Cam back into her life in London and the rest is history.

Kenzie Quivers has done a great job exploring some kinks or alternative sexual lifestyles in this series, and this book in particular she explores non-monogamy, exhibitionism and visits to a sex club. All throughout there is great dialogue about consent and boundaries, which is so refreshing.

Cam’s Scottish accent was what made me excited for this book, and I do think she could have played up the accent more than she did, but from the little blurbs in the beginning of the book about using UK english, it does seem like she gets some feedback for her British”isms” that some people may find hard to understand in the writing. Personally I have never met a Scot that I could understand everything they’re saying so that part felt a little unrealistic 😹.

*Thank you to the author for an ARC of The Loneliest Number.*

4.5 stars!

The Loneliest Number is my first read by spicy author Kenzie Quivers and it didn't disappoint!! Since I wasn't yet familiar with Kenzie's writing style, I went into TLN ready for all the hot hot hot, and what I didn't expect was the beautiful story that carried our main characters, Abby and Cam, from their version of a meet cute to their wedding night (gotta get that bonus epilogue for that part!). I totally fell in love with these MCs, and didn't want their story to end.

Kenzie does an amazing job describing, not only her characters so that the readers can visualize them appropriately, but also with the architecture of Cam's building The Juniper. I was lucky enough to be able to see the author's inspiration for it, and what I pictured while reading was basically spot on!

This book tossed me around like an emotional rollercoaster: I smiled, I laughed, I felt sad, I felt angry, I empathized. I was even able to relate a specific part of the story to my current life (Abby deadheading the hanging baskets lol). Plus, it was HOT!

It was a real joy to read from start to finish and I can't wait to continue the Thirst Trap series as soon as I can get my hands on books 1 and 2.

An unconventional outlook brings great pleasure

So if you have read the other stories you know the FMC as a bartender for the Thirst Trap.

This book starts with Pixie looking to find a couple down to play. She ends up meeting up with Saff and Cam. The situation is what she expected but she was very happy for the experience. However, Pixie doesn't do repeats or relationships.

When Abby comes face to face again with Cam she isn't sure what to think. He is excited to see Pixie again as he never thought he would. They take the time to meet up and play some but the more she wants to know about him the more afraid she becomes.

This is a spicy story filled with play parties, multiple partner interactions and discovering that it might be okay to like this but also have one person who is yours to come home to.

This story also holds a mystery in a property left to Cam that puts him back in Abby's path to begin with. Can they uncover the secrets to the mysteri us property or will it even matter?

I love how each of these books has a different kind of relationship dynamic. You have the MMF pairing, the older woman with a younger man, and now an open couple. It adds excitement to each story.

I received this book as an ARC

I like to play. No names, no feelings—just fun. As a single woman, a unicorn, that’s how I keep it. Then I meet him—sexy, Scottish, unforgettable. One night turns into more when he shows up across the street as the new building owner. He’s open-minded, up for anything, and completely unexpected. This was never supposed to turn into something real… but now I’m wondering: Can I have a partner and keep living the lifestyle I love?

I devoured this book in a day—I couldn’t put it down! It’s the third in an interconnected series, but it works perfectly as a standalone (though books 1 and 2 are now on my TBR). There’s plenty of character growth, a dash of family mystery, and lots of spice. I especially loved Cam and Abbey—Cam is a strong Scotsman who isn’t afraid to let loose and enjoy all kinds of company, if you know what I mean. 😉 If you’re into instant heat and steamy scenes, this one’s a must-read!

Holy pick your expletive

Kenzie you have completely and truly out done yourself with this book. I know I teased you saying I couldn’t wait to read this. It was worth the wait.

What starts as a steamy one night turns into so much more.

Cam and Abby are so fabulous together and I absolutely loved the wide open play between them. Does it ever make for some steamy, hot off the pages add to your one day list.

I love how Cam navigates trying to establish a relationship ship with Abby. I admire how she is fierce, independent and so confident.

I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone. Especially if you have an interest in polyamory relationships.

Favourite quotes-

“If I’m going to rely on one person for my emotional, mental, and sexual wellbeing, it’s going to be myself.”

“What I want is your heart, and I want to serve mine to you on a platter. I want you to gorge yourself on the love I want to give you. I want you to feel loved and valued and worthy.”

“It’s not jealousy I feel here in this moment. It’s sheer joy that I’m here, experiencing this pleasure with her. All I want is for her every desire to be met.”

Not dark but spicy
Tropes: polyamorous (FFM, MMF, MMMF scenes), kink club, will they/won't they romance, happy ending.
Cam and Abby (Pixie)
This is such a cute, "will they/won't they" love story. The Loneliest Number, follows the head strong FMC, Abby and our big Scottish MMC, Cameron. The story is told from Abby's pov in London.
This short and spicy story follows the pair while they both work through family issues and find new kinks to explore. The story starts with a super hot scene between Pixie (Abby's alter-ego) and Cameron's bestie with Cam tied and blindfolded! The story follows them in their "will they/wont they" battle. Next up, is a very spicy scene where Pixie takes Cam exploring to her favorite kink club. Here we learn the Cam is down for anything, as long as Abby is by his side (or on top of him).
The spiciest scene is saved for last, and I can't give away ANY of the details, because its just that good! This book ends with the a happy ending we all deserve. I'm very excited to see whats next with this series!

Cute, quick read I enjoyed this book over all and plan to go back and read the rest of the series at some point --> some of the spicy scenes were spicier than I'm used to in multiple different partner pairings throughout the book. Even with the amount of spice the author did a good job with moving the story forward and letting us get to know our lead couple better I was also interested to learn more about the mystery of how Cam's grandmother came into possession of The Juniper.

I found myself flipping through some of the spicier scenes to get to more of the story line but if you love your books extra spicy this is the one for you!

I said it the first and the second book, I love this series! And Kenzie did it again! I loved the Loneliest Number from start to finish! With this book she shows the readers a different side of a romance. In the Loneliest Number she takes readers on a journey with polyamory lifestyles. And did I mentioned a Scottish MMC??

From the first chapter 'till I ended it I couldn't stop reading. I freakin loved Cam from the first moment he appeared on page! I loved how Kenzie really took the time to explain every aspect of polyamory, play parties and the struggles of where to fit into this world. Kenzie has an amazing writingstyle and you'll lose yourself in the story while reading. It was spicy, it was sweet and I loved getting more of the backstory from both Abby and Cam.

I can't wait to see what else Kenzie has in store for us!

All of the yes!
This is such a well written poly romance story! Kenzie has shown how you can be as fluid as you like in your sexuality, in your choices of love life, but still at your core - have that craving to call someone home.
I adored this book, I quite literally adore Cam and his sexy accent and his gruffness!
Pixie is the cutest thing since sliced bread, with her lilac hair and fierce independence streak! and I just know we’d be besties in real life!
Saff was such a great side character to add in some spice and sass.
I love how the other book characters interconnected throughout the story - it’s so well put together!.
I’d 1000% recommend this to anyone who would listen!

While this is a standalone - it is best to read the first 2 books to have a better understanding of the characters and their stories 🥰

“Grumpy meets sassy in the best way possible!”

This book absolutely delivered. From the very first page, I was hooked by the delicious tension between the grumpy Scottish MMC and the sharp, sassy heroine. The chemistry? Off the charts. The spice? Chef’s kiss 🔥. And can we talk about the setting? A perfect blend of gritty London and moody Scotland that added so much texture to the story.

Kenzie Quivers manages to balance humor, heart, and heat so seamlessly. I especially loved the polyamorous MF pairing—handled with such care and depth. Bonus points for all the hilarious references to potato products (relatable content, 10/10).

If you’re a fan of spicy British romance with a brooding hero, smart banter, and characters you wish were real, The Loneliest Number is your next must-read.

🥵🥵🥵 Gosh damn. I’m actually in love with Cam and Abby. Their dynamic is different than most. The way they come together is especially different. But all in the same, they are such a beautiful couple. I’ve loved Abby since we met her in the first book of this series. She is such a sweetheart who deserves the world. And Cam, omg don’t get me started on him. He is the top goal of a book boyfriend. Together they just have a way of making you love them and their story no matter what happens. I’ve loved Kenzie Quivers’ writing style since the first book I read from her. The chapters are super easy to follow along with. And it’s jam packed with happy, smutty goodness.

Overall if I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I highly recommend!

This is the second book I have read of Kenzie's and it did not disappoint! Kenzie delivers on the spice from the get-go and somehow she keeps it coming NON-STOP through a majority of the book while still delivering character development, dilemma's the main characters are working through, and a little mystery. The reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the story is a liiiiitttttllle bit of insta-love. Not from the get go, but once they get there, BAM. But I guess when you know, you know. I still loved it.

Tropes: He falls first, Scottish MMC, Kink-positive, sex-positive, LGBTQ+ representation, independent-to-a-fault FMC, a little bit of mystery and fate mixed in

Spice: 5 chili peppers... did I mention it's pretty non-stop? lol

This book follows Cam and Abby and I hope you’re ready for the spice! It starts right off the bat and I loved all of it. This wasn’t your typical traditional love story. Cam and Abby meet when Abby gets invited to join in a threesome with Cam and his friend. Abby is non-monogamous and pretty dead set against a relationship. I enjoyed that she wasn’t forced to change who she was for Cam but I also thought she was a bit stubborn. She pushed him away so much when he was never trying to force her to give up their fun times with other people. He just wanted to know they would always be there for eachother. I enjoyed the spice, it really felt like each scene was different and introduced another person in a unique way.

I received this book as an arc but this was my honest review.

I’m weak at the knees for a Scotsman, and Cam was pure perfection!
A mountain of a man, lost with his life taking a detour off track, Cam needed his bestie, Saff, to pull him out of his stupor for the chance encounter with a unicorn, for one debaucherous night of pleasure.
But the chance encounter with Pixie throws him off kilter and stirs something deep.
Pixie, a.k.a. Abby, is a strong, independent woman, set on living life by her rules, and her rules only. And that means being free as a kite to do what, and whoever, she wants.
When a surprise run in with Cam stops her in her tracks, can she explore the mix of emotions he stirs in her? Or is her life perfect exactly the way it is?
The third in the Thirst Trap series hits hard and I loved it. Highly recommend.

Received as an ARC!

I think this was my favorite of the 3 books in the series. It was definitely the spiciest, and I was not disappointed with that.
I really enjoyed that polyamory was shown in a different light, and how it can work for some people. it's such a controversial topic.
I liked Abby and Cams character more then some of the previous ones. they felt more evolved and mature, and were able to have conversations in the smaller moments between sexcapades that counted. And I loved that Saff is shown as a curvier girl who gets love and attention. thanks for that.
I would absolutely read this series again.

I received this an ARC and was so excited as I had already read and enjoyed the first two books in The Thirst Trap series (but you can read this a stand alone if you want). I love the style of writing Kenzie has and how the characters seem real. I could not put this book down and finished it in a day! A Scottish MMC - yes, please! The FMC is sassy and vulnerable at the same time. This book is about a poly relationship. The spice starts almost at the very beginning of the book and continues throughout but there is so much story and character development! Such a good balance. I love Cam and Abby's journey and can't wait for more from Kenzie Quivers!

If you’re into grumpy/sunshine, poly romance, and SPICE that’ll leave you fanning yourself—The Loneliest Number by Kenzie Quivers | Spicy Romance is IT. 😮‍💨💦

Abby lives her best non-monogamous life—until one night with a hot Scottish stranger throws everything off. Fast forward… he’s her neighbor 😳 and suddenly, “no strings” turns into “why does this feel like more?”

✨ Dual POV
✨ FFM, MMF, poly play
✨ Emotional depth + sizzling scenes
✨ Bonus: Scottish accent included 👀

It’s steamy, swoony, and surprisingly soft in all the right ways. 10/10 for fans of unconventional love stories that still give you all the feels ❤️‍🔥
