I gave this book four stars because I would’ve preferred if it was longer. I wanted to see Evelyn falling longer for him, developing slower feelings and the same goes for the downfall of this story. The concept was good, but it felt rushed (for me personally).
Also, considering that I am not a huge thriller fan, I really enjoyed this book! I like the authors writing style, so I started her next book “the pleasure protocol” immediately after I finished this one.
