This book was very to the point and shared a lot of good tips about staying strong and motivated, but it read more like a list than anything else. I've read other motivational books which bring in more analogies and examples that help to make me feel connected. The advice is good, and if you like the more direct type of advice, you'll enjoy this book.

I liked this book. It had a lot of really good tips. In each section are other book she has written on that section. I even found a couple that I would like to read.
