I really liked this book. I like the ideas and the programming. I would have liked to see more explanation of the exercises. I mean you can easily find them online and the author does offer a bit but for a complete beginner, it might be a bit difficult to figure out how to do the exercises. And the author kind of kept trying to seek you on isometric exercises. He had me sold in the introduction, why keep trying to sell you on it over and over again.
But again, I think this is a wonderful book. Definitely worth the read and the price…at least the kindle price. I bought the kindle version and it was good.
If I was rating the sample, I would have given it a 1-2 stars because the sample on kindle was only the table of contents. If the book was more than the $9.99 for the kindle then I may not have got the book. Again, the book was great! Definitely read it!
Thanks for writing this book. Always looking for ways to strengthen the body and I felt it immediately….trying some of the poses. If I am handicap & 50+; it can be done. Overall, the information in this book was priceless. You’ll want to evaluate improvement versus give up if that makes sense.
The book makes sense however in the time the pictures at the end are weak most if not all this information is available from Chinese masters further the shaolin card is tired. But he included Japanese and Indian tidbits i read read it 10 minutes.
