Just finished reading The Wellbeing Effect by Dr. Seth Serxner, and it completely shifted how I think about wellbeing. Instead of focusing on surface-level wellness programs, Serxner dives into what really matters—purpose, connection, equity, and the fact that this will be different for everyone.

His Wellbeing 3.0 framework is practical, data-driven, and deeply human. It’s a must-read for anyone who believes that wellbeing should be part of every aspect in life.

Dr. Serxner’s insights are not only innovative but also actionable. His frameworks are backed by real-world data and case studies, making them both practical and attainable. The Wellbeing Effect offers a compelling roadmap for driving meaningful and measurable change.

Highly recommend for anyone invested in building a healthier, more meaningful way of life.
