What a wonderful watercolor book! Besides the beautiful paintings inside, there are many techniques, material guidance and pages on rendering help throughout the book. Pick this up to be inspired by the medium and learn a lot too!

I admire John Pikes' paintings and gleaned a few tips but I think that this book is more geared for beginners I guess that means I am further along or either a snob! I am looking for more such as the process of making art rather than the mechanics.

This is a classic...Must have for anyone who loves and respects the medium....If I would have to pick one watercolor text...this is it.
