This is not a genre I normally read but the concept had me interested.
I actually loved this book and found it very insightful. It did not make me feel silly as it is written in such an easy digestible way. The concepts all have examples and reflections for you to do to help you along.
I have marked so many pages to come back to not just for myself but for my children.

@laelstone, you’ve distilled and encapsulated the universal journey we are all on in this lifetime:-
Integrating then transcending the imprints, adaptations and armouring we had to adopt to safely navigate our upbringing; thereby returning to our true selves.
It’s up to us or to own our own story, but who ever taught us how to do that ?
This book provides a compassionate roadmap, complete with practical advice and exercises to deeply understand our past in order to create a freer future.
Everyone stuck on anything needs to read this book! 📕
