An overview only, with good photos. Could have benefited from a bibliography!

One of series of books published by Reader's Digest. This book was a fun and quick read, filled with a great deal of photos of various sites from around the world, artifacts etc. I wish I had the whole series to complete my set.

I used to devour books like this when I was a kid. This one has your usual articles on Easter Island, Stonehenge, and similar monuments. I mainly bring it up because I found an unpaid electric bill inside when I bought it. I like finding odd things in books. Still, nothing tops the picture of Farr and the Easter Bunny that John found.
