This is a good sum of the Ayurveda principles. I just wouldn’t call it “ultimate guide. “Ultimate beginners guide” would definitely suit it better.
I did enjoy the quick read though and the straight to the point way it was written, hence the 5 stars.

Very short book

Everything I read in this book I already knew. Basically it tells you to eat ginger, lemon, turmeric, soke other Indian spices on a daily basis. Eat at certain times and have a good night sleep; to have a balanced life style.

I don't know what I was expecting, but definitely not to read about the things that almost everyone else know.
