An excellent concise account of one of England's lesser-known (and regrettably so) kings. Capable of rivalling both Henry vii for his strict fiscal economics and a George RR Martin novel for the political intrigue and adventure, it's a shame he hasn't been given a greater look-in in popular culture and the classroom.
