This book took me a while to get through. It’s written from the point of view of my uncle’s partner’s character because my uncle passed away from AIDS before he could finish it. It had a lot of the crazy, fun characters from the rest of the trilogy, but was much more melancholy & intense. The book gave a great, but hard, look into my uncle’s partner’s emotions due to losing his significant other while also still trying to deal with his own terminal illness.

The boyfriend tried to finish McGehee's book in progress. Not very good.
