Lydius

Rate this book
Lydius is a strange man. He comes from a family who love to torment each other in the most imaginative ways. Lydius is the sun and all others are planets orbiting him. And they know it. And to know that you are just a small planet is rather devastating. This novel is about devastated characters who eat flower petals, wear wigs, become lunatics, and hate each other in the most passionate of ways.

It's a very interesting books that reflects hidden or unimagined aspects of the human psychology, especially in the frame of family bonds. It explores taboos driven by lots of creativity that ultimately lead to a critical thinking of the human nature. Definitely worthy of reading and reflection
