Cassidy Sheridan’s Three, is not your everyday erotica. There’s a lot of beauty to this piece: how Sheridan handles erotica to be sure, her provocative prose including vivid descriptions, authentic dialog, and fluid action, and it’s an easy read. These elements kept me engaged from page one, but I must admit by chapter two I was a bit confused. It wasn’t long before I realized the true beauty of this piece was in its POV. I won’t go into it anymore than that because I’ll spoil the real treat, but I will say that Sheridan masterfully uses third-person throughout, but changes perspectives in ways that will blow your mind.
Halfway through part two, I was tempted to go back to part one and at the same time was anticipating part three. That anticipation was at a feverish pitch by the time I finished part two, and by the time I finished part three, I just had to read the whole story again. Three is not just a must read, but a must read twice, maybe even thrice. Enjoy!
