This is an absolutely amazing book. I have already started applying the lessons learned to my life. I already feel uplifted. This book shows you a simple formula for attaining satisfaction with your life without doctors and medicine in just changing our way of thinking are not thinking in some cases. I am so happy I won this on the giveway. Easy to read and follow. It opens your eyes to the greatness within yourself and your life that is often missed.
