Well guess who got volunteered for the annual Stewardship campaign. Our church has used this material for at least 5 years. It has great stuff in this book. The campaign has worked quite well in the past.

Unfortunately this year we had a congregational split in terms of denominational affiliation and ultimately theological difference. As a result our Pastor also left. This, we are quite under what was pledged last year as we have probably lost a quarter of our church.

I’m not sure this material will work the same way it has in the past. We will try and adapt as best we can. Recoup and regroup. Next year we may go back to fully utilizing this material. It does have lots of good components.
