I accidentally picked up this book at the library and it covered a subject that I needed to learn about since one of the perpetrators was recently pardoned in December 2024. I read the first half of the book amd shared a synopsis with a.family member. Then I ordered the book so that I can share it with others. it addressed the Cash for Kids scandal in 1999+2010 in the Wilkes-Barre area.
