I very much enjoyed Naked Paradox, the authors first book, but THIS one is hands down awesome! between the colored illustrations, real life photographs, multiple artists — and this is just visually!— and such elevated and emotional poems, the author knocks it out of the park & really brings it home. her real life journey through mental health is something i relate to heavily and her words truly bring her story to life!

i will probably be getting this book for one or two of my friends who also struggle with mental and emotional health.
