Another uninformative Kindle Unlimited book. This one reads like it was outsourced to the cheapest writer on Odesk.
Content-wise, mostly the book just goes on and on about why you should want to hypnotize yourself. Duh, I already know why I want to—that’s why I got the book. It does have a brief chapter on how to do it, but it doesn’t match anything else I’ve seen on this topic. Given the sloppy writing, I don’t trust the author or the book.
I felt the writer had negative feelings that may counter act the whole hypnosis process by implanting said negative feeling, negating the whole process. However, if you ignore that, it was a ok read.
