Midwinter in Mexico

Rate this book
Molly Connors braved her fear of flying to be able to spend a week at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico with her closest friends. She didn't think for one moment that she'd be facing something far more nerve wracking once she arrived there. When trouble in paradise hits, Molly leans on the love of her friends surrounding her to navigate heartbreak in paradise only to realize she may be in better hands than she first thought, that maybe she's always had what she's needed right beside her all along.

Many changes in emotions. I laughed, cried and was red in the face from all the spicy scenes. Easy to follow and read. Calley is a new author with this being her first book and quickly put herself in my top 5 favorite authors.

This book is everything I wanted. Not only is it incredibly well-written, especiallyyyyyyy for a debut author, but it’s sexy, it’s sweet, it is EVERYTHING.

Heading out for a vacation with friends, Molly notices something “off” about her boyfriend. Between his odd behavior and the irresistible teasing from her childhood friend Colter, Molly has some things to sort out.

I loved the twist at the end of this book, it was so unexpected and came out of left field, and I could not put it down. I haven’t been that “shook” by a book in a while!

The spice in this book is delicious. Our MMC is the king of after care, sweet (and deeply meant) sentiments, and absolutely serving it. HOT. HOT. HOT.

I read four books prior to this, and none of them made me this excited. This book was an instant 5-star read and Calley is now an auto-buy author for me!
