This is a highly valuable and important book for our field. More people should read this! While it highlights much of what is most difficult and painful about this work, it also points to useful strategies, frameworks, and ideas. Dr. Cotton also makes this information fully digestible, and the examples are great. I would love if people outside of the field read this to get a better understanding of our work.
