I used to twist myself into knots trying to please everyone—until I discovered the two-word mantra that saved my sanity. Now, I’m teaching you how to do the same.
The Fu*k Them Theory isn’t your average self-help book. It’s an irreverent self-help parody for anyone who’s done being nice just to keep the peace. Through wicked humor and sharp honesty, it’s your toxic people survival guide for reclaiming control, laughter, and that long-lost sense of calm.
Inside, you’ll learn how to stop people-pleasing, set fierce boundaries, and find inner peace through a two-word mantra that works better than therapy. Perfect for readers who love funny self-help books, crave stress relief humor for adults, and want empowerment with attitude.
Say it with Fu*k Them—and watch your peace return.
Reid Mockery is Amazon's number one selling parody author. Consistently funny, he has successfully mocked Fifty Shades, Divergent and now John Green's The Fault In Our Stars. His work has earned a loyal following and he rewards his readers with fast moving parodies, that are short, cheap and guaranteed to brighten your day. Granted, it takes a special gift to be this stupid, but Reid seems to have it by the boatload.
Reid doesn't exactly look like Austin Powers, but he often channels his inner spirit. This image captures what Reid is feeling, so let's leave it at that.
When Reid Mockery makes parodic fun of a book, it is the greatest compliment that book can ever obtain.
He doesn't drink bottled water often. But, when he does, it's from Walmart.
Reid Mockery is so sexy, women buy and read his books by the thousands, just so they can run their fingers down the screen and feel his thick E ink. His words are like poetry, if poetry were entertaining.
He lives an anonymous life in the state of Tennessee searching for the next genre of books to skewer with his wicked sense of humor. Although he has written other books, he is best known for this best-selling parodies that make fun of the best selling books. This ground-breaking work has catapulted Mockery to the top of the Amazon sales charts to which Reid responds, "Yeah, Baby. Yeah!"
I took this book on holiday with me, and I couldn't think of a better time when to apply this theory. I am body conscious, but you know, Fu*k them if they don't like what they see. And Fu*k me for -almost- allowing myself to not wear that bikini because I was worried what others may think. I laughed all the way through and even quoted some parts to my partner when he saw me giggling. Everyone needs some brutal honesty, and that's exactly what we got reading this book. I will be recommending this to all my family and friends, it's such an easy read and a fairly quick one too. I've already applied this theory multiple times whilst on holiday, I can't wait to continue applying it when I'm home! Thank you for this life changing view!
What a great read, this book had me giggling, nodding in agreement and generally agreeing with the concept.
As I have gotten older I have generally stopped giving a f**k about what people think about me. I do think it comes with age and once you get past 40 it comes to most of us.
Don’t like me, don’t care. I just now need to adapt some of this theory and the theory of this book to the aspects of my life.
Such a great read, I would recommend to anyone who likes the idea of loosening up in life a little.
Anyone who reads the bestseller lists, knows the The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. This book actually says what people want to say. It's hilarious, but it is packed with good advice for stress, relationships, and family. I get that some people will have trouble with the language. That's ok. But, that didn't stop Mark Manson selling a zillion copies of The Subtle Art... My copy is highlighted with all kinds of quotes. Yours will be too. Two Thumbs Up
A must read after Mel Robbin’s The Let Them Theory. Takes Mel’s advice to another level through Reid’s interpretation of life and dealing with others. Having now read both books, you either feel enlightened or educated on how to appreciate your self being.
A true reflection of f.. them that starts with f.. me
I love the book; unapologetically honest reflection , only for the barber ones who are ready to self analyse without excuses and bravely look into the eye of the monster that called social expectations:)
