Hello, I'm an indie author living in NY, NY since 2002. My move to NYC has been an exciting one to say the least. I love the arts: there's nothing like Broadway or the Metropolitan Opera, among others. Before coming to NYC I lived in Florida where I grew up. I do miss the sun and surf. In college (USF) I studied psychology and counseling. That's why I write dramatic coming-of-age novels and novels where characters overcome adversity. I celebrate the triumph of the human spirit in my stories.

My second and most recent novel "Gratuity Not Included" was inspired by my work as a restaurant server while attending college and by my experience as a psychotherapist. My first novel "Sticks of Fire: The Turning Point" was inspired by my work in an addiction recovery halfway house. I have a couple of ideas for my third novel but I haven't decided yet. Happy reading.
