I found this book a great tool for better understanding my adult daughters who too was diagnosed in her mid 30's with ADHD. This book is AMAZING! I felt like it saw directly into my life. I love having ADHD, but there are some pitfalls I find myself dealing with all the time. My memory, fatigue, rejection sensitivity, executive dysfunction take over somedays and I feel like my ability to function has been zapped.
The exercises in this book are short and doable; they don't feel like mountains to climb. Meal guides, cleaning checklists, actual helpful resources? I love it.

Salazar presented a lot of well researched information in a very reader friendly style. Great format. Easy to follow “20 minute exercises”. A little dry at times but that could be the adhd losing focus. I have been diagnosed late in life and there was a lot of “oh, is that why I do that moments?” Overall, great read! Highly recommend!
