What if your livelihood was threatened? Your job, your career, your earnings at risk of being taken from you. What would you do?

When failed contract negotiations lead the company to close the plant within a few months, a number of employees take it upon themselves to act. They seize the plant, armed, with the purpose of forcing the company back to the negotiating table. When an attempt by the police to end the confrontation results in a death, the employees refuse to leave. To avoid further escalation of the situation, Reece Kincaid, a union representative, must find a solution. Racing against time, a secret pact is discovered by Reece that could diffuse the conflict and end the Wildcat.
