প্রিয় দুটো পোষা শুশুক হারিয়ে ভীষণ মনোকষ্টে আছেন
অয়ন-জিমির হিস্ট্রি টীচার মিসেস কারস্টেন।
প্রিয় শিক্ষিকার দুরবস্থা দেখে চুপ করে বসে থাকতে
পারল না দু’বন্ধু। নেমে পড়ল শুশুক উদ্ধার অভিযানে।
কিন্তু তলে তলে যে এত কাণ্ড কে জানত!
হারানো দুই শুশুক ওদের টেনে নিয়ে গেল
আমেরিকার সমুদ্রসীমার বাইরে। যেখানে অপেক্ষা করছে
একটা বিদেশি জাহাজ, আর তাতে ক্রু’র ছদ্মবেশে
লুকিয়ে আছে একদল ভয়ঙ্কর লোক!
না বুঝে সিংহের খাঁচায় পা দিল ওরা।
অয়ন পড়ল হাঙরের মুখে!

To be honest I didn't like the title and the cover of this book. At the beginning the story wasn't much either, but eventually it became better. I think that was the intention, to make it seem simple then turn it to something big.

I kept guessing and with time they became right, sometime they also diverted. I noticed something common with other books of the series. That a third character came in aid for the detectives. In many books its Ria, in this one its Jery. But Jerry was less fun than Ria.

I did like the ending, it was satisfying. I also liked the fact that, Jimi got to do something heroic in the story. He also kept his cool and did things in the best possible way. That's how a partner should be, that's the Jimi we deserve.

Either way, waiting for the other books, as soon as I get them, I will read.

প্রিয় শিক্ষিকার পোষা শুশুকটা উধাও হয়ে গেছে, খুঁজে দেয়ার কথা দিল অয়ন ও জিমির। কিন্তু কেঁচো খুঁড়তে সাপ বেরোবে কে জানত? ভয়ংকর একদল অপরাধীর গুহায় পা দিয়ে ফেলেছে ওরা। সমুদ্রেই কি সমাধি হবে ওদের?
