A new zombie virus is unleashed on the Marvel Universe - and Groot is patient zero! Groot feels bad - not only because Rocket's latest scheme put them firmly in the crosshairs of the Avengers, but also because he's just plain sick! Sap-dripping nose and all. Things go from bad to apocalyptic, however, after an ill-timed sneeze in Captain America's face has unforeseeable consequences! Suddenly, a horde of zombified Avengers attacks Groot - and only he and Hulk, with his impenetrable green skin, remain impervious. Now it's up to these two heroes to team up and fight their way through a blighted New York City to Banner's lab in Avengers Tower to find a cure before it's too late. But can Groot keep the hero in check and on track, or will Hulk unleash his deadly might on the zombies they once called friends?

It’s okay, just not what I was expecting. Not really zombies in the sense we think of them as, and definitely made for children. But the art is good and the story is fun. If they decide to continue it like they imply at the end I would pick it up.

Raga, con tutto l'amore del mondo per Rocket che mi fa salire il punteggio, questa mini è...imbarazzante. E' la versione per ragazzini degli MZ. Il tipo di contagio è letteralmente, quello Colgate: "Ti spunta un fiore in boccaah!" Giuro! Groot starnutisce addosso a un eroe e a questo gli crescono fiori e radici in faccia e la voglia di mordicchiare che non c'entra niente. Tutto dipende a questo punto da Groot che deve portare Bruce Banner/Hulk verso i laboratori Stark a mettere insieme una cura mentre si devono proteggere dagli infetti del virus vegetariano!
Se è un tentativo di rivitalizzare il franchise, manca completamente il bersaglio.
Se è un tentativo di fare una parodia, non gli è riuscito bene.
Se è un tentativo di conquistare il pubblico giovanile, brutte notizie: gli zombi sono violenza, sangue e viscere!

fun & action-packed! hulk & groot team-up on zombies apocalypse adventure. i laughed so hard (which i rarely do) at some panels. this is purely fun for all ages. the artwork is beautiful too! what's there not to enjoy? although #1 seems a bit complicated for kids to understand but they will sure definitely gonna enjoy the rest of the book. there is Captain America Steve Rogers, Thor & Ant-Man in action too. but no spidey. i don't get the people who give this low ratings. you must be joy killer! but minus 1 star for the very thin & short book. I WANT MORE!!!

Groot interactuando con cualquiera con esa inteligencia tan suya y ese lenguaje tan amplio siempre está muy bien, pero ¿Groot intentando salvar a todos y Hulk en modo irracional y violento buscando únicamente humor? No se me ocurre nada mejor. 100 veces YASSS.
