Manspreader: a terrifying thriller novella of female rage

Rate this book
A dark psychological thriller about space, rage, and the final snap.

Every morning and every evening, it's the same.
The bus.
The man.
The endless sprawl of his legs into her seat, his oblivious elbows in her ribs, the unspoken You don’t matter.

Claire has spent years swallowing her anger — at work, in relationships, in life. But something about him makes the pressure build until there’s no more room inside her.

One small violation at a time, he’s pushing her toward the edge.
And today, Claire decides she’s done making herself small.

When the breaking point comes, it’s fast. Violent. Unforgivable.
But what if it’s not just him who needs to be taught a lesson?
What if the whole world has underestimated how dangerous a woman can become when there’s nowhere left for her to go?

Manspreader is a sharp, unhinged ride through the thin line between everyday rage and explosive revenge — perfect for fans of female fury and psychological thrillers that leave a mark.

4.5 ⭐️ | Raw & uncut, unfiltered and unapologetic! This story dives into the mind of a woman that is pushed to her wits end, while working and living in a male chauvinist world. Shero or vigilante? This opinion will vary from reader to reader. The story shows that being kind can literally save your life, as you never know when a person is at the brink of their breaking point.

What started as an altercation on a public bus, turned into something much deadlier. Claire decides enough is enough, as she has been belittled by nearly every male in her business and personal life. Her breaking point is near as her rage boils over! Taking some of her power back, she decides to take a stance in unspeakable ways. Read trigger warnings, but if you can handle them I highly recommend this dark psychological thriller. I will absolutely be reading more by Marnie Vinge.

➳ 5 ★

I’m buying this book so I can read it any time I feel immense anger about the injustice of the world and how we’re treated as women.

Please please PLEASE read the trigger warnings before reading. This one is intense and can get too gory for some.

There’s just something so satisfying about a female vigilante, ESPECIALLY when she rids the world of men who have committed disgusting crimes against women. I’m sure many, if not most, women have experienced verbal, emotional, mental, and/or physical assaults or harassments by men (similarly to our FMC, Claire). The rage she feels after these experiences is beyond understandable for many of us [women], and personally, is quite cathartic to read about. The trauma girls and women experience at the hands of men is unfortunately much too commonplace, with little to no repercussions. This novella perfectly encapsulates how many of us likely feel, although most of us wouldn’t act on it.

If you’ve ever experienced female rage and can handle the TWs, read this book!!

Thank you so much to Marnie Vinge for the opportunity to read this ARC!

Manspreader

~Marnie Vinge

Let’s talk about a word that’s not only expanded my vocabulary but also cracked open a whole new way of thinking.

Manspreading - as defined by the internet - is an informal term referring to the act of a man, particularly while in public, sitting with his legs wide apart, thereby encroaching on the space of others nearby. If manspreading is the action, then the manspreader is the offender.

And that, friends, is your vocabulary lesson of the day. Now buckle up - because this story? It’s a wild, unsettling, unforgettable ride.

Honestly, I’ve stalled on writing this intro because I’m still trying to reconcile the brutal, unapologetic narrative I just read with the author I once met - a woman who seemed so kind and sweet. But this book? It’s like the demons were given a pen and permission to scream.

Fair warning: I’m struggling to do this book justice - hence the procrastination.

One seemingly ordinary afternoon, Claire Redgrave (FMC) finally loses her composure and snaps. She’s on her usual bus ride home from work when the man beside her spreads out, legs pushing into her space, deliberately dismissing her presence. Claire politely asks him to move. She even tries the sweet approach, pointing out his invasion of her seat. But he makes it painfully clear - he doesn’t care. His expression says it all: What are you going to do about it?

“I’ve never thought myself capable of violence before this afternoon.”

And with that moment, something inside Claire breaks.

What begins as a calm confrontation quickly spirals into a personal mission - a twisted path of vigilante justice. As bodies begin to drop, Detective Love is put on the case, determined to track down who is leaving a trail of dead men - and taking trophies - across the city.

Will Claire slip up and be caught? Or will she continue flying under the radar, exacting revenge on self-entitled men who have wronged women for far too long?

Manspreader is a razor-sharp, emotionally charged tale of revenge. Vinge crafts Claire’s evolution with expert nuance - from a quiet, compliant woman into a force of nature driven by fury and liberation. A woman who has been silenced, harassed, body-shamed, gaslit, and broken... until she decides enough is enough. Unlike most of us, Claire doesn’t swallow her pain - she acts on it.

Her mission is brutal. Her purpose is righteous. Her methods? Unforgiving.

This is a story for every woman who’s ever been talked over, touched without consent, dismissed, or threatened. Claire doesn’t just reclaim her voice - she becomes an avenger for others who’ve suffered in silence.

The novel tackles dark, triggering themes - date rape, stalking, gaslighting, child loss, toxic relationships, and more - through a raw, unflinching lens. We don’t just read about Claire’s trauma; we feel it. Vinge doesn’t shy away from the ugliness, and the result is a deeply resonant portrayal of a woman’s breaking point.

Told in punchy, fast-paced chapters, Manspreader is a quick read that draws you in and doesn’t let go. Vinge’s writing is seamless and emotionally immersive, pulling readers into Claire’s psyche and keeping them there. You’ll root for her, fear for her, and - at times - question your own sense of morality (and possibly sanity).

Claire is the antiheroine so many women have been waiting for.

First and foremost, your mental and physical health is your priority. If you ever feel that you are not safe – whether it be at work or home – there is help out there. Please get help and be kind to yourself.

But let’s be clear: this book is not for the faint of heart. If you’re sensitive to violence, psychological trauma, or explicit content, I strongly recommend reading the trigger warnings first. For the right reader, the ones who thrive on dark themes and psychological thrills, this book should be moved to the top of your list for release day, May 26, 2025.

At its core, Manspreader is a bold, feminist take on the vigilante thriller. It doesn’t ask whodunnit - it asks why she did it and how far she’s willing to go. Claire’s journey is one of unmasking, reckoning, and reclaiming power in a world that constantly tells women to sit down and shut up. But to go even deeper, Vinge brings about resonations with more than just women, all around who endure these societal ideologies can relate in one way or another to the emotions and feelings of vindicated justice Claire doles out.

Vinge redefines the female serial killer trope with a fresh, brutal twist. Claire doesn’t kill for pleasure - she kills for every woman who’s been told to smile more, for every whispered threat, for every unwanted hand, every short skirt lifted and thigh felt. Her vengeance may not be justifiable, but it’s deeply, viscerally understandable.

In the end, Manspreader is a cathartic scream into the void.

And now, for the part I didn’t need to overthink: GET THIS BOOK. If you’re craving a psychological thriller soaked in rage, justice, and bloody satisfaction, this is the read you’ve been waiting for.

Just don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I would like to extend my thanks to Marnie Vinge for allowing me to ARC for Manspreader.  As always, all opinions and reviews are of my own volition. I have not been promised any compensation by the author, present or future, for my review.

**Definitely read the trigger warning before starting this book** I received this book as a ARC.
I really enjoyed this book. Claire has had enough of entitled men and seeks revenge. YOU GO GIRL! She had the courage to stand up to these men. I'm sure a lot of women that have experienced men like this wish they could take revenge/justice on these men.

The book seemed to be a bit rushed. There are parts that I feel could have gone into more detail.

I would definitely recommend this book.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there are a lot of typos throughout the whole book. It doesn't take away from the read but there were a few that I had to reread .

What a ride! This book is absolutely everything. On the surface, it’s a gripping revenge plot, but beneath that, it offers a sharp and unflinching reflection of modern culture. Whether it's the experience of sexual assault, enduring lewd comments, or being the target of degrading name-calling, this story will resonate deeply with women. There is a river of truth running through this story.

The plot is tightly woven and compelling, pulling you in from the very first chapter. Even being a shorter book, the character development is excellent. It’s easy to feel a connection with Claire, to understand her anger, and ultimately, to root for her.

Publication day is May 26th! Before diving in, please make sure to check the trigger warnings and prioritize your mental well-being.

A huge thank you to Marnie Vinge for the ARC! This was a powerful, unflinching, and unforgettable read.

This book was phenomenal! I had the pleasure of reading it as an ARC and I did not want to put it down! The way the story started out I knew I was in for a ride! I didn’t want to stop reading it and I couldn’t help but feel attached to the main character! There was so much in the story line that I myself as a woman felt attached to but DAMN this was dark! Definitely check your trigger warnings because you will need to recover from this one 😂 ! If you are ready to take the plunge into something dark but deep, run and grab this when it comes out! It will live rent free in my head for awhile! Marni you never cease to amaze me ❤️

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Manspreader, and let me just say—what a whirlwind! This book took me on an intense, emotional ride and gave me major Mindfck* series vibes in the best way. It’s bold, gritty, and unapologetically fierce.

Fair warning: there are some heavy trigger warnings, so be sure to check those and take care of yourself. That said, I absolutely loved seeing a woman take charge and deliver justice on her own terms. The revenge arc? Chef’s kiss.

My only complaint? I wish it had been longer—I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to these characters. I’m definitely diving into more of this author’s work ASAP!

4.5⭐️ - This novella was absolutely wild! It's a brutal, bloody dive into feminine rage and revenge, and I devoured it in one sitting.

On the surface, it’s a straightforward revenge plot, but there’s so much more bubbling underneath. Vinge explores the entitlement so many men carry, the way they take up space, treat women like objects, and assume the world owes them everything. From rude comments to full on predatory behaviour, this story holds up a mirror to the ugliness of modern society.

Claire is the kind of unhinged antihero I love. She’s what happens when a woman is pushed too far. She doesn’t just snap, she becomes justice.

This book is violent, gruesome, and unapologetically bold. I absolutely loved the writing style. It’s sharp, fast paced and laced with dark humour. This isn’t a twisty thriller by any means; it’s a full throttle feminist revenge fantasy, and I was completely here for it!

My only complaint is that I wish it were longer! I’d have loved to know more about Claire’s past and what shaped her. Overall, a very entertaining and satisfying read and I can’t wait to read more from this author!

Thank you so much to Marnie Vinge for the gifted ARC.

Got the pleasure of being an ARC reader for this very dark novella.
Crazy Claire is actually quite easy to be sympathetic toward. I enjoyed this story (considering it's disturbing, what does that say about me?! Yikes lol).
This is the first book I've read by Marnie and I'll definitely be reading more.
As this was an ARC copy, I didn't expect the editing to be perfect. But there were a lot of typos. If these are fixed when it's released, I'd give it 4.5 stars.

Claire has had enough. Enough of men who think they can do what they want and take what they want. And now she decides to do something about it.

This was the perfect story of how mens actions can affect women, and how all it takes is just that one man to be a jerk on the wrong day, to bring out that female rage. That rage that I'm sure we've all had. It was a great way to live out those fantasies vicariously through Claire.
There are a ton of TWs for this, so make sure you double check them.

Wow! What a book! The term manspreader is so appropriate for that man who spreads out his legs and infringes on the person next to him. Or, rather, the woman sitting next to him. Claire has had enough! Of the manspreaders and other men who feel entitled to treat women any way they please! This book is not for the faint of heart! It’s brutally graphic! But, it might feel closer to home than you’d like!

So glad I got an ARC copy! From the beginning, this book had my attention, and I didn't want to put it down! A fast-paced thriller that connects you with the main character, and makes you want to know what happens next! I wish it was longer somehow, because I feel like it needed something more, but that it my only complaint. Such a great read for me!

"I want the best years of my life back. I'm thirty-eight years old now and I wasted every pretty year of my youth on you. And I'm mad about that."~Claire

Girlll. That was a high octane mind ride that went right over the cliff!!😲😳🤯 It's in the form of raging fireworks, the color of blood red with metal sparks falling away that slowly turn into sooty blackness as it falls back to the ground.🧨🎆🧨🎆🧨🎆🧨🎆🧨🎆🧨🎆 That is how I saw Claire Redgrave. Her name alone played into the situation cleverly. Just like Alex Jude.😉 I caught that.😂😂 Claire was a woman who's been molded by painful experiences, embarrassment, bullying, unseen, unheard, made to feel less than by being a woman in a man's world. Well, she's had enough of that endless weight being piled on her shoulders. No more. She's had enough from her cheating ex-husband, her boss, and any other guy who's ever sneered and looked at her as a toy to play with when it suited them. All it took was one last self-entitled jerk on a bus, who spread himself out with his legs, touching her, pushing her further in that shared seat, name calling and what are you going to do about it, after Claire asked nicely to not touch her and move back from her bubble existence. Like he would! And that fragile bubble Claire had been taping together for years... POPPED y'all. It popped into VICIOUS anger and you better WATCH OUT madness!!!🤬🤬🩸🫧🍾🩸🫧🍾🩸🫧🍾 She couldn't reign it in anymore. It's boiling and oozing out like a volcano.🌋🌋 She embraced her darkness.😈 No more soft smiles. No more kind words to make men feel superior. No more ignoring and complacency.

🚩🚩Also, be sure to read the TWs for this book. There are situations in this story that might be upsetting and uncomfortable for some readers.🚩🚩

This book might not be everyone's cup of boiling tea but I actually got pulled into Claire's world. It reminded me of Jeff Lindsay's Dexter book series. Ngl I was and am a fan of Dexter.😁 Now, I'm a fan of this book. Claire was hardcore upset, a newly made vigilante, and Ms Vinge wrote her emotional thought(s) process, suppressed feelings and reactions with unapologetic clarity of turmoil and her ongoing battle. I wanted more, but what I did read, gave me enough understanding of Claire as a woman being pushed and pushed till she turned around and started pushing right back.👤💥💥💥🫷🏻🫷🏻🫷🏻🫷🏻🫷🏻

Yes, it's dealing with themes of revenge, dumpster fire gore, unaliving men, mutilation, and going full steam ahead on being the angel of death with no mercy to characters who committed sa and other nefarious things. Does it make it right? No. Probably not. But she was fighting for something much bigger than herself. There was dark humor. Jeffrey Dahmer moments with her freezer.🫢🧊🧊🧊 Ice ice popsicles. Detective Love, she's a woman btw, who understands and sees the situation and Claire for what it actually was. The story didn't hold anything back. I understood it. It had some suspense, unhinged moments of being spontaneous, like a hungry shark who was aware of potential prey swimming right above it and they had no clue what was lurking right below; that was Claire.🦈 She kept swimming. Observing closely. No apologies. It's her awakened nature.

I enjoyed Ms Vinge's style of writing, there's depth and getting to the point without extra situations pulling away from the narration. I enjoyed it. Very easy to read. If you like splatter, a mix of horror with true crime vibes, psychological awareness, then check out Manspreader. It's really good! A cautionary tale to think about. Be kind to others. You never know what other people might be thinking or feeling. Happy reading.*•>§<•*☠️⚰️⚰️⚰️☠️

✂️🔪🚍Thank you to Ms Vinge and Bookfunnel for an early book. The opinions shared here are my own.🚍🔪✂️

A Viciously Honest, Unapologetically Bold Must-Read

Manspreader is not your average revenge thriller—it’s a raw, gut-wrenching scream against the systems that tell women to be quiet, stay small, and keep enduring.

This story hit me hard. Yes, it’s violent. Yes, it’s graphic. But none of it feels gratuitous. Every moment, every act, is rooted in something deeper—grief, injustice, rage, and the aching need to reclaim power in a world that constantly strips it away. Claire Redgrave isn’t just seeking vengeance—she’s making a statement.

It’s nuanced, timely, and unflinchingly honest. Marnie Vinge doesn’t just tell this story—she holds up a mirror. She doesn’t whisper, she screams. She bleeds on every page like no one else will ever read it. (A sure sign of a writer to watch.)

This isn’t romance and spice and everything nice. It’s a howl in the night meant to be heard by every woman who has been dismissed, diminished, or dehumanized.

(And perhaps, a brazen warning to the manspreaders—and the complicit.)

It’s brutal. It’s bold. It’s brilliant.

The trigger warnings are a must-read—this book dives into dark, deeply personal territory. But if you can handle the intensity, Manspreader is a cathartic and unforgettable read.

Highly recommend. Just don’t expect to walk away unchanged.

In Manspreader, the rage is real, the justice is personal, and the revenge is unforgettable. This novel dives deep into the emotional terrain of female fury—messy, righteous, and long overdue. Without giving away the plot, it’s safe to say that this is a book that taps into something visceral and timely.

The author doesn’t flinch from portraying the full spectrum of a woman’s experience in a world where boundaries are constantly pushed, ignored, or obliterated. Manspreader doesn’t just entertain—it indicts, and it empowers.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

.At the heart of the novel is a protagonist whose anger isn’t a character flaw but a lifeline. Readers will find themselves not only understanding her fury, but rooting for her as she reclaims power on her own terms.

The writing is immersive and unafraid. Dialogue rings true, pacing is tight, and the emotional stakes remain high throughout. This is a book that doesn’t ask for permission—it takes up space unapologetically.

If you’re drawn to stories where the overlooked woman becomes the avenger and where silence gives way to screams. Manspreader belongs on your shelf. Highly recommended.

What did I just read?! Marnie Vinge's Manspreader is a razor-sharp, blood-soaked scream of female rage—and I loved every second of it. This novella grabs you by the throat and doesn't let go. It's haunting in the best way: a raw exploration of what happens when a woman finally says enough.

Claire, our protagonist, is nothing short of a modern-day antiheroine. She's unflinching, unapologetic, and absolutely unforgettable. In a world where men so often take up space—literally and metaphorically—Claire becomes the terrifying embodiment of justice. She’s a woman punishing men who prey, who push boundaries, who feel entitled to what was never theirs to begin with.

This isn’t just a horror story—it’s a reckoning. A cathartic, violent fantasy for every woman who's ever had to smile through harassment, who's been told to shrink herself, to stay quiet. Manspreader is vigilante justice served with fury and finesse. I couldn’t put it down.

If you’re ready to walk through the fire and cheer for the woman standing tall on the other side? Read this book.

I received this book as an ARC and have never been more glad to have been picked! TY Marnie for this opportunity!

I can't even describe how much I love this book! Yes it's gruesome but it's necessary for the story. I do wish every single man breathing could read this book. I wish every single woman breathing would. It validates how we all have felt at some time or another. I know we're not supposed to "root for the bad guy" but I couldn't help it. Sometimes we get a gut full of the glares and smirks, whether we're talking too much or too loud, if it's at our asses or tits, it's so tiring sometimes. I'm not saying go out and handle it this way but speak up, defend yourself and others. If you see something happening to someone that you wouldn't want to see happen to your daughter, aunt, sister, say something! You don't have to have a full blown confrontation to tell someone when they're being a trash human. I love this story so much I'm reading it again and I just finished it 2 days ago.

What the hell did I just read?! Gripping, gore-filled, and darkly humorous (yes, I laughed—a lot), this is a story of one woman’s rage finally unleashed. Totally unexpected, and totally worth the read. A wild, blood-soaked rollercoaster that grabs you by the throat from the first page and doesn’t let go. This book is not for the faint of heart—check the trigger warnings, ALL-OF-THEM —but if you’re in the mood for something dark, unhinged, and cathartic, buckle up.

It all starts with a seemingly minor altercation on a public bus. A moment of discomfort. A spark of rage. And then it spirals. What follows is a visceral, razor-sharp journey through one woman’s breaking point. Claire has had enough—enough of the condescension, the casual misogyny, the daily grind of being dismissed and belittled. What she does with that fury? Well… you’ll have to read to believe it.

Dark humor? Absolutely. I laughed out loud more than once—right before being horrified. The tone swings between grotesque and hilarious with unsettling ease.

Manspreader is a chilling deep dive into the psyche of a woman pushed past her breaking point. As Claire grapples with the relentless encroachment of entitled men — their knees in her space, eyes or even hands unwelcome on her body — we feel every ounce of her rage, and we sympathize deeply with her. We understand the years she’s spent making herself smaller, and we cheer for her as she finally refuses to disappear. The book’s searing tension and final act of violence are gut-wrenching yet satisfying. Claire’s decision to take revenge feels not only justified, but necessary. In a world that constantly tells women to endure, this story dares to imagine what might happen when enough is finally enough. By the end, we’re left with the unsettling thrill of seeing the tables turn — and a dark admiration for Claire’s transformation from bystander to avenger. This isn’t just about revenge on one man; it’s a battle cry against a world that too often refuses to listen.

First there are a list of trigger warnings. This story may not be for everyone. For me and my sick twisted mind...trigger warnings mean it's going to be one hell of a ride. And that it was. 😊

It is a short story that packs in a harsh reality for many women. It's something that is getting spoke about more and can be uncomfortable. As a woman you get pushed into believing you are better to be seen and not heard. This gets you thinking. Just what exactly would push you over the edge to do the unspeakable?

Claire becomes what many women wish they could be. Ok maybe not that far 😁. It's easy to relate to her character. We have all at some point dealt with these types. Many scenarios crossing our minds to rid of them. Claire's hidden side comes forth to take of the trash. The way the author describes the men had my blood boiling. I could feel the anger along with Claire. They truly had what happens coming to them.

Thank you for letting me read an ARC.

Manspreader

I received this an arc from booksirens & was so excited to read it. Just by the title I knew it would be for me! It’s a dark psychological thriller so not my usual genre but it had bloody scenes that suited me just fine 👌🏻

Our FMC is over it, she’s sick of being used & trod on then cast aside. There’s only so much one can take & after her ex husband tells her he’s going after everything in the divorce & has a baby on the way well…she snaps!!

I really enjoyed this, once I started I couldn’t put it down. The FMC was just so unhinged the more it went on, I loved her 😅

The author really connects with how a female feels, the fact of feeling unsafe & unheard. That men don’t have the same fear of walking home alone. I liked that it included this to show the perspective of how we think & feel as females. It was very well done!

It released on the 26th May so it’s available now on KU & to buy, il definitely be checking more of this author out too! 4🌟

4.5 stars. Holy shit this book was unhinged. and I mean that in the best way possible. Not exactly my normal thriller read. But a great, fast Sunday read. Plot was put together excellently. The characters are whole and realistic. The FMC is likeable, even with her deadly actions. I don't think a man could read this past the first gruesome scene!! This is probably too much for a lot of people. I didn't have any triggers, but I definitely had to release the breath I didn't know I was holding (that's not in the book, I just wanted to be funny 🤣). If you can get through the extremity of several scenes, I believe most women could definitely understand the motivation. While somewhat horrified by her actions, I could definitely sympathize with her.
***Definitely heed the trigger warnings at the beginning*** it's a long list!

4.5 Stars - Big thanks to Marnie Vinge for the ARC of 'Manspreader'!

If you're a fan of the show 'Dexter' or the Mindfck* (book) series, this novella is right up your alley! It’s a sharp, rage-fueled revenge tale centered on women taking justice into their own hands—brutal, unapologetic, and entirely addictive.

I was instantly intrigued just reading the extensive list of trigger warnings (seriously—check them out first if you’re sensitive to dark content). Despite being Marnie Vinge’s debut, the writing felt confident and engaging.

Yes, there were a few minor typos in the second half, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. Some scenes were completely absurd—in the best way. I laughed, I cringed, I kept turning the pages.

Definitely not a read for the faint of heart, but this one’s going to linger with me for a while. Disturbing, bold, and unforgettable.

Claire’s husband has left her for a mistress and he is unfairly trying to take everything from her in the divorce. When a man on the bus gropes her she has had enough of men taking advantage of women. She decides to get revenge on men for all women who have been wronged. When a female detective is on to her does she get charged with the crimes? All I have to say is yessss girl!!! I love seeing this character get revenge on men who think it’s okay to take advantage of women. I loved the way it was written and the dark humor throughout. I absolutely loved it from beginning to end and it makes me happy to see a woman standing up for other women. I highly recommend for those who like dark, psychological thrillers with dark humor.

Thank you to the author for selecting me to be an ARC reader for this novella!

Despite being considered a novella, this story packs quite the punch. I was able to read this pretty much in one sitting, tearing through the quick chapters. The FMC here is likeable despite her questionable actions. Readers do see a bit of a dual POV at times, which I thought was done well. I also found the ending quite satisfying! This story is quintessential female rage and although I’ve read a couple of books prior that could be considered the same, I believe this novella to be the most well done by far. If you decide to pick this one up, please check all trigger warnings as the list is extensive. However, once doing so, I would recommend giving this one a read!

Manspreader by Marnie Vinge
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is a kick-ass dark psychological/revenge thriller, with female rage power! ☝️
Claire is fed up with shitty men getting away with treating woman badly. Claire sees so many men doing whatever they want to woman and no one stands up to these men… until one day Claire makes her move.

This story is a fast paced and intense novella and it doesn’t let up at all! It’s fantastic from the beginning to end!
Anytime there’s body parts in a freezer, you know you’re reading something very entertaining!! 😜

Thank you to Marnie Vinge for an arc of this amazing and powerful thriller! This is my first read from this author and I’m super excited to read more of her books! Her writing style is great!

*It’s out now and I highly recommend grabbing this!*

What the shit did I just read??? But in the best way possible!

Manspreader is pure, unfiltered female rage—and y’all, rage is IN. Claire was just DONE. With the men. With the nonsense. With the absolute audacity. And honestly? I don’t blame her one bit.

Now, was every murder totally justified? Ehhhh. Maybe not. A few had me clutching my pearls like, “Girl… that one might’ve been a tad much.” But also? I’m still absolutely, unapologetically here for it. Justice was served with a side of blood-soaked catharsis.

Marnie Vinge gives us a fever dream of vengeance, dark humor, and social commentary wrapped in a neon-soaked thriller that feels like a punch in the gut—in the best, most satisfying way.

ALSO: Heed the damn trigger warnings. Seriously. This book is not playing around.
