Book was pretty good, the plot is very very similar to the original 1st cycle. Overall really enjoyed the 2nd Cycle. My only complaint is that the last portion of the book is actually an intro to a different series that the author writes. Intros, in my opinion, shouldn't consume so much of the page count.
I absolutely loved these books! They are faced paced and the storylines are awesome. SPOILER ALERT: While some thrillers can tend to PG-13 some murders or not kill anyone directly involved in the story, this series keeps twisting and turning and punching you in the gut and the heartstrings with where the storyline takes you. Really enjoyed this series!
Excellent plot , good action. Great follow up to original book. The extreme endings to each successful case do not seem real but are very fitting. Sounds extreme but considering lack of justice in our legal systems , the endings fit the definition of true justice!
I read these while I run because they are SUPER easy reads. I continue to read these for this reason, only. I give a rather low rating because the errors are staggering and the name dropping is difficult to enjoy/ignore. If you are going to use pop culture references, don't beat it to death (2 paragraphs have 3 such references) and PLEASE research the names (it's PRatt not PLatt).
This was another great read from the very entertaining Harbinger series. I love the cast of characters and all their quirks. Once I start one of these stories I simply can't stop until I find out whodunnit! The only reason it doesn't get a perfect score is, again, the abundance of typos in the stories.
LOVED each one of these stories. Some were short bridge stories, others were longer books. They are all wonderful. I loved watching Kent grow and learn to love someone and the relationship between Ruben and Kent just cracks me up.
