Praise for the 2nd Cycle of the Harbinger Mysteries...

"From the first sentence in the latest Harbinger series, "Killjoy" I was hooked. The very pregnant Nicole Usher Harbinger learns her husband Kent has been killed and sets forth on a journey to find his killer. With the help of her old partner Reuben she struggles to cope with her feelings of loss while caring for her newborn son and follows the confusing clues to why Kent was murdered. Nicole attempts to use the skills Kent has taught her to sift through evidence as the body count mounts."

More Praise for the 2nd Cycle of the Harbinger Collection

"After you've read the first Harbinger Series you've just got to continue the roller coaster ride with the 2nd Cycle. Got to say it gets brutal, but Harbinger doesn't let the villain get away with the crimes. Love the characters' development and interaction."

Book was pretty good, the plot is very very similar to the original 1st cycle. Overall really enjoyed the 2nd Cycle. My only complaint is that the last portion of the book is actually an intro to a different series that the author writes. Intros, in my opinion, shouldn't consume so much of the page count.

Fast paced thriller! MUST READ SERIES!!

I absolutely loved these books! They are faced paced and the storylines are awesome. SPOILER ALERT: While some thrillers can tend to PG-13 some murders or not kill anyone directly involved in the story, this series keeps twisting and turning and punching you in the gut and the heartstrings with where the storyline takes you. Really enjoyed this series!

Profiling to the extreme

Excellent plot , good action. Great follow up to original book. The extreme endings to each successful case do not seem real but are very fitting. Sounds extreme but considering lack of justice in our legal systems , the endings fit the definition of true justice!

Proofing and style

I read these while I run because they are SUPER easy reads. I continue to read these for this reason, only. I give a rather low rating because the errors are staggering and the name dropping is difficult to enjoy/ignore. If you are going to use pop culture references, don't beat it to death (2 paragraphs have 3 such references) and PLEASE research the names (it's PRatt not PLatt).

This was another great read from the very entertaining Harbinger series. I love the cast of characters and all their quirks. Once I start one of these stories I simply can't stop until I find out whodunnit! The only reason it doesn't get a perfect score is, again, the abundance of typos in the stories.

LOVED each one of these stories. Some were short bridge stories, others were longer books. They are all wonderful. I loved watching Kent grow and learn to love someone and the relationship between Ruben and Kent just cracks me up.

Enjoyable

Love the series. Hope to read more. Can't wait for the 3rd cycle. Kent and Nicole are very enjoyable. I can't wait to see how Kent get out of this.
