Interesting to see a number of excellent writers mimicking Agatha Christie's writing style. I think there was only one dud story in the collection.

Enjoyed the audiobook of these twelve new stories in the style of Agatha Christie by various famous modern authors.
Read by twelve (mostly) well known british actors and set in a variety of time periods. It was charming and perfect listening. Some stories were more Christie-esque than others, but all were worthy of their protagonist.

Actually good, I went in with low expectations but Mis Marple was pretty consistently portrayed and the plots were fun. It was interesting to see her in different global locations, presaged by A Caribbean Mystery perhaps. There were a few bum notes and I wasn’t convinced by the decision at the end of the last story but overall a pleasurable experience.

Ok but not great. It just wasn't the same as authentic Agatha Christie- the stories and characters lacked the depth and development. Some were just plain boring. I read it while I was in hospital and honsetly I don't think I would have finished it if I hadn't been in a situation where I literally had nothing else to do.

Enjoyed all these stories. Some I thought were better and fitted the Miss Marple style more.
