What Was Planted Here Before I Arrived?: A journey of reimagining your patterns

Rate this book
"What Was Planted Here Before I Arrived" is a spiritual self-help memoir and healing guide that explores how ancestral, emotional, and societal patterns shape our inner world long before we become conscious of them. Blending personal stories, client experiences, and spiritual insight, this book invites you into the deep work of pattern-breaking, energy clearing, and soul remembrance.

You’ll move through layers of mind, body, and spirit to uncover the hidden imprints that have lived in your lineage, your nervous system, and your sense of self. From childhood wounds to karmic loops, from scarcity programming to sacred purpose, this book offers a grounded yet expansive map for transformation.

This book does not offer quick-fixes or "how to's" but instead, calls you back to the seat of your own inner authority. This book puts matters back into your own hands. It helps you recognize the patterns you’ve outgrown, the energies you’ve inherited, and the choices you’re now ready to make consciously and with intention. Through reflection, truth-telling, and spiritual accountability, you'll gain insight on leading your life from a place that is rooted in truth and love.

I have never had a book show up with impeccable divine timing, as this one has. Not even sure when I purchased it, but as I was looking for a nonfiction book through my mini library, this one jumped out.

Kawanis’ story is such an inspiring and enlightening one. You can feel her soul as you turn each page.

If you’re struggling with self identity, attachment, purpose or just feeling lost, I highly recommend picking up this book.
