Trent Walker's Origin Story - A Tale of Mystery and Suspense from His Childhood
-----------------------------
Trent Walker is having the best Halloween of his young life. He gets to wear his magician’s outfit to school, his classmates like his magic trick, and the prettiest girl in his fourth grade class invites him to go on a walk with her…through the local cemetery…at midnight.

The night starts off well enough, but the legends of the cemetery soon come to life, and Trent is forced into a harrowing adventure that will test his courage and challenge his disbelief in the supernatural.

Please note that, although "Walker" is suitable for young adults, Trent's other thrillers are intended for adults and not meant to be read by children.

I read this book with my two oldest boys, and they seemed to really enjoy it. The adventures of Trent when he sneaks out of the house on Halloween were quite amazing and a little scary. Perfect timing as Halloween is right around the corner.

My boys liked the part that the prettiest girl wanted Trent to sneak out with her and go hang out at the cemetery, even though they said it would be a little creepy. Once they get there and things start happening, the story really moves along and things got even more interesting and more scary. I'm guessing I don't have to lecture my two guys about trying to sneak out after we read this book!

Trent was worried about hiding his white suit from his parents because it got very dirty and stained after the incident at the pond, but he manages to pull it off and get away with his escapade. We enjoyed this book together, and would recommend this one to anyone who wants a great Halloween read.
