Jordan Alvarez convinces her friend Ellie, the daughter of a shifter family, to allow her to videotape a scenting ceremony. Jordan and her friends Karla and Nicole plan to observe from afar, but what they encounter is a roll in the woods with Ellie’s brothers, Aric, Nathan and Jake. Giving in to Aric’s desire, Jordan walks a path of unforgettable passion, but becomes a target of an unknown adversary. Karla withdraws, believing her mother’s curse with men is a family trait, and Nicole is a girl who’s had to stand on her own two feet and resists love with all her might.
The plot line with the shifter family is woven into each story. When Jordan is targeted and severely roughed-up, the family values of protecting their own is evident.
The psychological dilemma the heroines face is repeated many times instead of crafting scenes to emphasize the challenge. Erotica is about the uncontrollable submission to one’s passion. There are plenty of sexual encounters, but coarse language is not the essence of erotica. This ties in with the lack of maturity throughout the novel, and seems to fall more in a category of “New Adult” erotica, if there is such a thing.
Aric’s character is enticing, but not alpha material. Nathan and Jake are distinctly unique. The cast is very large, but Ms. Taiden keeps them balanced. Readers may ponder the fact that the heroines are all described as sexy but overweight. Secondary characters are well developed and one in particular stands out. Barbara Wolfe, the matriarch of the pack and mother of the steamy shifters is caring and eager to have her sons mate. There’s plenty of room for character growth which Ms. Taiden delivers. The secondary plot of a neighboring pack tangled in a civil war is ongoing.
The author has a great talent of dropping enticing nuggets for future stories. Stay tuned!

SCENT OF A MATE:
I love reading Milly's books there's always so much love, possessiveness, fun, did I mention possessiveness? Jordan I really loved her, and Aric mhmmm boy oh boy loved him and his hotness as well, "with his piercing dark eyes, eyes she swore begged her to strip every time he glanced her way. And that tall slightly tanned hard body filled with boundless muscles. So many muscles." Jordan that girl has some cray cray thoughts that were always entertaining me, "hell, why did she start visualizing Aric as a man shoving his face in her crotch? He was in wolf shape for cripes sake." There was one scene I almost pi**ed myself laughing so hard:
"Are you...um...is that normal?" She glanced down to his ever-growing hard-on and licked her lips.
"That's pretty normal whenever I'm turned on." His voice sounded deeper than usual, rough.....
"What part turned you on, the fighting or the shoving your muzzle in my crotch?"
He's so damn possessive, "I wasn't asking for permission. You're already mine." He's protective, "rage bubbled in his veins. "What do you mean? How were they awful?" Did I mention the entertainment you get out of Jordan's thoughts? "yes, please. Home or bed, it didn't matter. Hell, she'd let him eff her behind a tree if Mason didn't look." I mean the wolf wants what the wolf wants guys, "you. Mine." That was the best he could do. The wolf was jerking at the skin. He wanted her and the beast did too. I can't wait for the next book in the series.
A MATE'S BITE:
A Mate's Bite, has some over-lapping scenes with The Scent of a Mate and well Nate is just as yummy as Aric, perhaps even more so and Karla good grief I loved her, "his big body loomed over her. She swallowed hard. "You're..um...you're naked." Nate when he's into his wolf side that man is all animal, "baby," he groaned. A quick flick of his wet tongue and he licked her belly in a circle. "You smell delicious" He holds nothing back where his girl is concerned, "baby, the wild side wants to eff you senseless," he said, his voice deeper and harder due to how turned-on he was." He knows how to get his girl going, "I was going to say you're going to rub that sexy body of yours all over me, and then I'm going to eat your pu**y to the point you're going to think you died and went to heaven." I really do love this series, but I'm really looking forward to Ellie and Caleb's story.
UNEPECTEDLY MATED:
Jake he knows what he wants and isn't afraid to go after it, "Jake?" The big wolf lowered his head down to her face and licked her cheek. Figured. He was such a horndog. Even in his animal shape, he was still a flirt." I mean he's so generous as to what his girl can call him during naughty time, "that's right baby. You can call me God, Jake or whatever else comes to mind," he said." As a man the boy gets upset over things he doesn't understand, which I kind of don't blame him his woman doesn't do a good job at explaining herself, "did you not just have the most amazing effing sex of your life or were you not here just now?" he snarled." There were times I thought that Jake might need anger management, "he need a effing beer. Or to get her back into bed. It was going to be one long a** day." I'm hoping Ellie's book is next Milly is freakin' killing me hear with anticipation.

Each of these stories are full of strong sassy ladies and the alpha males who love them.

Armor of sass
Such an amazing beginning to the Sassy world. I love how there are so many characters and storylines interconnecting in this book. Aric had to keep his wits about him when he finally made his move because his lady love wraps her sass around her to keep from getting hurt. The author did a wonderful job of putting all of these things together and bringing us to the best HEA and setting us up for so many more stories. I can’t wait to read the next one.

There is a return of all our favorite characters and we get to see our sassy heroine find her euphony about her man. During the course of the book, she has a complete change in her outlook and it’s beautiful to behold. This couple was meant to enjoy their HEA. I can’t wait to see who finds their’s next.

Wonderful Beginning Collection
Lately I have seemed to be reading these stories out of order, so I have gone back to the beginning to see how all of this began. I have fallen in love with the Wolfe family all over again and the way the Wolfe men are possessive of their women is beautiful.
These men are so patient when it comes to the human woman that are to become their mates. They love so deeply and watching the insecure woman fight that love due to their back grounds makes me cry.
This story brings everything...Love...Sex.. Action...So one minute you are laughing then the next you are crying. So get lost in these Sassy Ever After stories...They are wonderful.

The title of the book is right on the mark. This is an entertaining read with lots of steamy romance and action that is easy to read and hard to put down. Each of the Wolfe brothers mark their human mates during the scenting ceremony. They all initially met their mates through their sister and, at that initial meeting, they knew the females were their mates. I love how the mother of the brothers gets involved in them finally mating the woman. This is a great box set.

I chose to read and review this book. I just love this author work. I love shifter and their mates. This one is as amazing as the others. I was sad when I finished it because I wanted more. These hot sexy males and their mates were hot as sin. The sparks the chase the love the passion was on every page and huge sparks were there which I love the most. I recommend this to everyone

This is my first shifter read ever and I have to say it was amazing there was strong women and very hot sexy alpha men that keep me intrigued with every paper I read. Totally recommend this series if you love shifter books. Also author wrote bad ass female characters that I freakin lived.

I loved this box set of stories
In each stories three Wolfe brothers mind there Sassy mates in their sister's friends. Each couple has to overcome issues that makes it kind of hard to admit their feelings. But in the end their happiness wins out making them stronger than ever. Can't wait for the next stories.

Almost gave it 3 stars but I love the characters
Individuallly but not as couples. I don’t think enough time and communication happened in the relationship it all happens with other people. It makes their relationships seem Just about sex. Luckily they have known their mates a long time so it’s not just wham bam. Anyway I’m invested in the series looking forward to the rest

Cute...
Drags in a few places but one of the few books where there is an actual story that continues between each one and doesn't leave a lame cliffhanger. Best to read in order but also don't feel lost or like the entire thing is being explained each new book.
