Good stuff

Some very easy steps to snapping out of the funk and jump starting your day!.. I have started using some for almost 2 weeks now and have noticed a difference.

Great person

Rachel Rofe is a genuine person. In this book 100 relatively simple methods of improving your life are put forward. It is well written and thoughtful. Thanks.

Simple book

Ok book. Really just suggestions for people to implement in the morning, but nothing enlightening to me. I can see how it can help people who need ideas to change there daily routines.

Some good tips but nothing new

Lots of good tips to 'Jonah's your life but generally all available online or common sense. If you read a lot obvious like this then there's nothing new, however it's a really cookbook for those just starting their journey.

Easy and inspiring read

It took me less than an hour to read this and yet I felt excited to wake in the morning and put some of these into practice. I was especially chuffed when a few things I already do cropped up.

No evidence of actual research just a lot of "some people" say...also an excellent advert for the power of google. In summary..get up earlier do stuff....

Pretty basic ideas but it gets to the point quickly

This book was pretty basic and recycled a lot of ideas from a couple of other books but it was a quick read and got to the point quickly which is convenient for a quick reference to read when you want to beef up your morning routine with new ideas.

Good ideas

It is short and sweet but has some great ideas. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be more active in the morning.
