Wicked Wigs and Witchcraft – A Diva Deception Halloween Anthology : From the Classified Files of Diva Deception
This Halloween, espionage gets haunted.
Step into the stilettos of the world’s most dangerous drag spies as they face not just assassins and secrets—but spirits, curses, and the unholy glamour of the beyond. Wicked Wigs and Witchcraft brings together five thrilling supernatural cases from the classified files of Diva Deception and her infamous crew. Each mission blends high drama with high heels, danger with decadence, and the deadliest of drag with the darkest of magic.
In The Haunting of Harrowgate Manor, Diva returns to a Syndicate graveyard of secrets for one last ghost hunt—where the price of power may be her soul.
Belladonna and the Blood Moon Heist follows the dazzling Belladonna Bling as she steals a cursed ruby during a Venetian masquerade—only to discover beauty itself is the cost of betrayal.
In Death at the Turn of the Card, Agent Vale must survive a tarot-themed murder game in a haunted New Orleans mansion—where the killer is dealing more than just cards.
Viper’s Hollow sees a Syndicate poisoner confront a cursed grimoire and the ghosts of every agent he’s ever silenced in a forgotten Alpine village that remembers everything.
And in Blake and the Broken Mirror, tech genius Blake uncovers a mirror that doesn’t reflect reality—it reveals it. But the truth staring back may be the most dangerous double of all.
From cursed jewels and haunted masquerades to shadowy mansions and rituals best left unspoken, this anthology is a twisted treat of glamour and gore, wit and wickedness. Perfect for fans of supernatural thrillers, queer espionage, and drag queens who don’t just slay… they survive.

confusing to follow
So i try to always give at least 3 stars but it was a struggle getting through this book. It was picked for bookclub so i was determined to finish it. There was so much repeating pages that i had to go back and see if i had really just read it. This wasn’t suspenseful and just like it was written very quickly to go out. There was no plot really and absolutely no character building so you didn’t really root for anyone.

Quick and suspenseful!
This was a fun read! It's a quick read centered around mystery and Halloween. I loved it! I enjoyed the characters, the plots and how descriptive the setting was. I would love to know of a backstory on the artifacts as they were so interesting!
