Being someone that has been on many "yo-yo" diets, I found this book refreshing. Dr Fatakhov's approach to Obesity as a lifestyle change, instead of a "goal", has really changed my outlook and focus on how to deal with my own personal weight issues. This book is not a "gimmick" but a guide on dealing with these obstacles.

I have the old version of this book with a copyright of 1995. It does not mention if Almond Milk is permitted. Can anyone let me if the new version of this program allows Almond milk? Thank you.
