Great shortstory

This was very different story. If you like short stories then you'll like this story. Life goes on and comes full circle.

Alexis knew a thing or two about landing herself a wealthy husband. But after four failed marriages, she found herself in her forties and still looking for Mr. Right. After walking out on a blind date, she finds herself in a dangerous situation. Enter Zeke Nike, who at first, she only knew as her hero, but she falls hard and fast for the handsome loner. While she believes she found Mr. Right in Zeke, he's convinced that after a few weeks of living the lifestyle he's chosen, she would grow to resent him. Telling her that what she was looking for she wasn't going to find in him, she leaves with a broken heart. Alexis goes on to find her birth father, praying that he too won't reject her. But Zeke never leaves her heart or thoughts and everything changes for her after a phone call into a phone-in talk show. You can't help but feel sorry for Alexis. Having grown up in a trailer park with a mother who turned tricks to pay the bills wasn't the best role model. When she meets Zeke and you realize that he's living a certain lifestyle by choice and not by necessity you can't help but start routing for the two of them to find the love they both desperately need in each other. This might be a novella, but the book is packed with emotion that had me laughing at times and crying at others. Mr. Carkos serves up another wild ride for the reader.

Alexis Cole is the owner of Reckless Cosmetics and is desperate to become a menber of the Ridgedale Country Club. After 4 divorces she is wealthy enough but still can't get in. When Alexis finds herself in the wrong part of town she is almost attacked but saved by a biker named Zeke. Alexis finds herself extremely attracted to Zeke but after a night of passion he says goodbye to her.

Ezekiel "Zeke" Nike is not what you expect. Desperate to get away from money hungry people he chooses his own way of life and does not want to be attached to any woman for longer than one night. Yet something in Alexis brings him towards a level of happiness he doesn't know but still says she is not what he needs.

Alexis begins to start life over and has a fresh new start. Will Zeke discover what he has been missing or will it be to late?

This was a fun and quick read with Alexis being in her 40's and definitely having lots of fun! I liked Alexis in that she really just wanted to find love, happiness and sex. She was definitely on the "easy" side but at the same time she just really needed to feel loved and wanted. This definitely comes from the way she was brought up.

Zeke was interesting in that I completely understood his lifestyle yet I couldn't help but sense he was lonely but didn't want to give up any power or control in his life. I loved his grandma and his Aunt!

I think the book goes to show that money can not buy happiness!

Wow! Tommy Crown did it again! Yes that is right, the journey Tommy takes you on with Alexis and Zeke. You see how Alexis was looking for love in all the wrong places, and then you see how Zeke looks at love. You see and feel the amazing connection they have. The way Tommy captures you and makes you feel like you are the character. For me I could relate to things that Alexis was dealing with in her quest for love. Tommy Crown you are an amazing Author. The way you can make your readers feel every emotion that is going on with each character is purely amazing. You have your readers hooked from beginning to finish with each book. This was an amazing ride with Zeke and Alexis. I can't wait to see what for the next journey. I am a member of Tommy Crown's Street Team.

Alexis Cole leads a life like no other. Being brought up in a trailer park with a mother who has no morals, is a tramp and simply doesn't care, has made Alexis' views on men impeccably low. she marries old rich men for their money but wants a man to love her unconditionally. With a bad occurrence in a bad part of San Francisco, she meets her hero, Zeke Nike. Will Alexis find her Mr. Right to love and cherish?

This short story was amazingly written. I always enjoy a short read that has just enough in it to make it fabulous and not over done. Garrett hits the nail on the head with Reckless. The characters are well spoken and portrayed and this keeps you intrigued til the very end.

This book is aimed at mature audience of 18+ with HOT sexual content.

What a Wild Ride!!!

What an amazing journey Tommy Crown take you on with Reckless. It's astonishing to see the depths of emotion described between Alexis and Zeke. The growth and development amongst just about all of the characters is truly remarkable to observe. This book had it all, danger, heroics, lust turned to love, friendship, sadness, loneliness, loss, and gain, with a believable ending. Your ability to draw your reader in, to capture their attention, is beyond hypnotic. This isn't a skill that can be taught, it is something that you are born with, and you my friend have it in spades. I highly recommend Reckless, and await your next adventure.

Reckless is the story of Alexis Cole and Zeke Nike. Two people who are tired of the life they are in. Alexis has found herself in a very dangerous situation when Zeke, the ultimate bad boy with a huge heart comes along and opens her eyes to the possibility of happiness, but it takes Zeke a while longer to figure out the same thing. Once they find each other again you know sparks will fly. This is short story written by Garrett Carkos who is an out of the box writer. He has his own unique writing style that leaves you wanting more.

Fast paced and far from reckless!

This was a very fast moving story. Zeke Nike bad boy son of Sergio Nike and brother to Alex Nike. He swears never to marry and settle down. That is till he meets Alexis Cole loses his favorite Aunt and realizes life is to short. There story is not your typical boy meets girl and falls head over heals!

Zeke is the hard nut bad boy of the wealthy Nike family. He shuns wealth and love and lives in a trailer . He stumble across Alexis when he saves her from a unsavoury situation. Alexis has had failed relationships and so the journey begins... Can they both learn the true meaning of love and help each other sort their lives out or are they doomed from the start. This book as in true Tommy Crown style was hot,gritty and full of emotion. It's another must read

A different love story, in deed...

Tommy Crown has given us a great love story. The story of Alexis and Zeke is a story that is very enjoyable with a twist. This is definitely not your average love story. I was pleasantly surprised :)

I recommend this story to anyone looking for a good quick read. This story will not disappoint!!
